Come on denadii, do I really have to spoon feed you this stuff? Your not keeping up because I did address these verses to you 11 hours ago. Read the following and you tell me if I'm calling the bible a liar?
And what "crap" names have I called you?
Where did God, just once in the bible say no to someone who needed healing? By Jesus stripes you WERE healed. Believe it!! You have the faith of Jesus. Use it.
So denadii, why is it necessary for you to be yelling? Did you ever look at the context of what these words mean? "By Jesus stripes you were healed." Technically Isaiah 53:5 says, "And by His scourging we are healed?"
So the question is what kind of healing is this talking about? The Apostle Peter gives the answer at 1 Peter 2:24,25. "and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. vs25, For (or because) you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guaardian of your souls."

[SUP]20 [/SUP]For what credit is there in bearing up under a beating you deserve for doing something wrong? But if you bear up under punishment, even though you have done what is right, God looks on it with favor. [SUP]21 [/SUP]Indeed, this is what you were called to; because the Messiah too suffered, on your behalf, leaving an example so that you should follow in his steps.
[SUP]22 [/SUP]“He committed no sin,
nor was any deceit found on his lips.”[SUP][a][/SUP]
[SUP]23 [/SUP]When he was insulted, he didn’t retaliate with insults; when he suffered, he didn’t threaten, but handed them over to him who judges justly. [SUP]24 [/SUP]He himself bore our sins[SUP][b][/SUP] in his body on the stake,[SUP][c][/SUP] so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness — by his wounds you were healed.[SUP][d][/SUP] [SUP]25 [/SUP]For you used to be like sheep gone astray, but now you have turned to[SUP][e][/SUP] the Shepherd, who watches over you.
Yup We were healed. He did not specify that it was only spiritual healing.
The Apostle Peter is talking about spirtual healing and not physicaly healing according to the context. I mean we are not continually straying away from physical healing. (vs25). And at vs24 Jesus bore our sins in His body on that cross (why) in order we might die to sin and live righteously. It does not say we are to die to sin to get physically healed.
You are adding a meaning and deleting another. For your convenience.
Now, do I believe that physically healing is in the atonement? Yes, but it is not an iron clad guarntee that one is going to get physically healed like wof teachers teach. And yes, I'm well aware of where Matthew quotes Isaiah 53:4 at Matthew 8:17, "in order that what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, saying, "He Himself took our infirmities and carried away our diseases."This prophecy according to the context was fulfilled during Jesus' earthin ministry. It is not a blanket statement that applies for every single person to be healed physically like you have been taught by these heretical wof teachers. They and like you are not dealing with "reality." So where am I wrong boy?
You are wrong in all of it.
IN GOD THE SON,
