Often we see pagan celebrations disguised as celebrations of something else.

The Catholics queen of heaven is not Miriam Mother of Yahshua our Lord and Saviour Son of the Almighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

so this queen of heaven worship... Jeremiah 7:18... is not pleasing to Heavenly Father.

Those that deceive you knowingly will be dealt with.

I see.
You want to talk about predestination.
OK.

So Gabriel shows up at Mary's house.
Gabriel had all the important announcements to make.
Luke 1:26

Does he TELL Mary she's going to have a baby
or
Does he ASK her?
Luke 1:31

Mary, says, sure --- I'm WILLING TO DO whatever it is I'm supposed to do according to the Word you brought me from God.
Luke 1:38

So, Is Mary WILLING to become the mother of Jesus?
or has Mary just been informed she MUST become the mother of Jesus?

I believe the father controls everything and his will be done. You are essentially giving the credit to creation for the Lord Jesus instead of the creator by indicating without them Jesus wouldnt ever been born. Basically stating without them all of mankind would be doomed. Last time i checked the scriptures says "For God so loved the world he give his only begotten son", not for Mary loved the world nor her parents.

What False Doctrine ???
We know that Mary would have had parents. But Anna and Joachim (or Anne and James) are purely legendary people. But the legends have led to the following false doctrines and practices:

1. Veneration and shrines to St. Anne (statues and churches of St. Anne)

2. Veneration of relics of St. Anne

3. Patronage of St. Anne as a patron saint

4. Icons of St. Anne

5. Feast days for St. Anne

6. The Immaculate Conception of Mary (Mary sinless with an immaculate soul contrary to Scripture)

The whole concept of the veneration and worship of the saints is false doctrine.

Maybe we should all "Saint ourselves" is that the right terminology?

Just ignore me know I'm just rambling on - anyway here are some bible verses
to support it.:p

Psalm 30:4 NKJV
[4] Sing praise to the LORD, you saints of His, And give thanks at the
remembrance of His holy name.

Proverbs 2:8 NKJV
[8] He guards the paths of justice, And preserves the way of His saints.

1 Corinthians 14:33 NKJV
[33] For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.

Ephesians 1:1 NKJV
[1] Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, To the saints who are
in Ephesus, and faithful in Christ Jesus:

Acts 9:32 NKJV
[32] Now it came to pass, as Peter went through all parts of the country, that he
also came down to the saints who dwelt in Lydda.

I came across this as well, I wonder if the pope has named all these yet!
It's probably just easier to call them all John or Paul or something like that. :p

Deuteronomy 33:2-3 NKJV
[2] And he said: "The LORD came from Sinai, And dawned on them from Seir;
He shone forth from Mount Paran, And He came with ten thousands of saints;
From His right hand Came a fiery law for them. [3] Yes, He loves the people;
All His saints are in Your hand; They sit down at Your feet; Everyone receives Your words.

You know I just had a light bulb moment with all this talk of Joseph.

Jesus knew want it felt like to lose his earthly father Joseph
God the father knew what it was like to see God the son suffer and die.
They both experienced separation. Wow.

No wonder God wants to reconcile the world to Himself, He understands the
pain and sorrow of separation both physical and spiritual.

Interesting scripture, you picked:

Jeremiah 7:1-8 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Message at the Temple Gate

7:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,

2 “Stand in the gate of the Lord’s house and proclaim there this word and say, ‘Hear the word of the Lord, all you of Judah, who enter by these gates to worship the Lord!’”

3 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, “Amend your ways and your deeds, and I will let you dwell in this place.

4 Do not trust in deceptive words, saying, ‘[a]This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord.’

5 For if you truly amend your ways and your deeds, if you truly practice justice between a man and his neighbor,

6 if you do not oppress the alien, the orphan, or the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, nor walk after other gods to your own ruin,

7 then I will let you dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers forever and ever.

8 “Behold, you are trusting in deceptive words to no avail.

We're discussing the parents of Mary, but somehow we Always end up talking about HER.
Catholics DO call her the Queen of Heaven.
And, yes, the DO mean Miriam the mother of Yeshua..

Our Lord and Savior, Son of the Almighty God.
BTW, do you believe Jesus IS God?

The CC does NOT teach that Mary is to be worshipped. ONLY GOD is to be worshipped.

Jeremiah is speaking about how we are to live changed lives, how we are to amend our ways and our deeds, and THEN, AND ONLY THEN, will we be allowed to dwell in the House of the Lord.

It is not only saying: "This is the timeple of the Lord" that will let one in, but only if we amend our deeds and practice justice between a man and his neighbor.

This reminds of of Mathew 7:21
"Not everyone who crys Lord Lord will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but thos who do the will of of My Father who is in heaven".
NASB

Another fine example of how God expects us to do our heavenly works while here. So many speak against this.

So, as far as I can tell, the CC is not liked, and yet that Church seems to be preaching what your scripture says:

----not only crying This Is The Temple of the Lord -----

BUT DOING THE WILL OF THE FATHER.

Catechism of the Catholic Church

971 "All generations will call me blessed":

"The Church's devotion to the Blessed Virgin is intrinsic to Christian worship."

The Church rightly honors "the Blessed Virgin with special devotion. From the most ancient times the Blessed Virgin has been honored with the title of 'Mother of God,' to whose protection the faithful fly in all their dangers and needs. . . .

This very special devotion . . . differs essentially from the adoration which is given to the incarnate Word and equally to the Father and the Holy Spirit, and greatly fosters this adoration." The liturgical feasts dedicated to the Mother of God and Marian prayer, such as the rosary, an "epitome of the whole Gospel," express this devotion to the Virgin Mary.

Here's a good verse for the above:

Hebrews 4:15

For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin.

Jesus experienced everything we do.
He cried too, over Jerusalem, over Lazarus - His friend.
He got mad, at the money changers in the courtyard of the temple.

Joy, loss, everything. Even the absence of the Father when Jesus was on the cross and felt abandoned.

I do believe that damage of the CC has been done through the devotion (NOT worship) to saints.
It has taken away attention from Jesus - although everyone that is devoted to a saint also knows about Jesus.

What makes you believe Anna and Joacim are fictional characters if James speaks about them?
I don't understand how you could come to this conclusion... Could you say why?
(I mean, do YOU know who their real parents are??)

Do you celebrate Easter?
Then you celebrate the catholic church.
So what's the difference?

Today we celebrate St. Anna and St. James, the parents of Marry the mother of Jesus, his grandparents.
There's mostly like a mass of celebration at every catholic church today.

Does anyone have a Bible verse for that?

Please, no catholic haters, how much can one take?
Huh that's a new one does the bible mention Mary's parents? I always thought Heli was Mary's father.

Jesus DID create everything.

John 1:3 "All things came into being by HIM" (Jesus)
...."apart from HIM, NOTHING came into being"

First you said God controls everything
Then you said without them all mankind would be doomed.

All mankind will be doomed when God decides this.
Not because two persons were not born.
I was just showing how one set of parents let to the Birth of Jesus.
This cannot be denied. They "begot"...

1Co 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

All Christians are saints. Just because rome shoots them out of a cannon does not make them any more saintly.

For the cause of Christ

I agree.

But I'm very humble.

I know that in the eyes of God I could be called a Saint.

BUT, am I as "saintly" (your expression) as...

St. Francis of Assisi
Joan of Arc
St. Lawrence
St. Rocco
St. Gemma
St. Theresa
St. Acquinas
St. Moore
St. Francesco de Sales

so so many Others.

I DO NOT put myself in THEIR category..
DO YOU???
