May God have mercy on you, because your going to need it...
He already has. And, so do you need God's mercy, in case you don't know it (you act like you don't). I hope you align yourself with the Truth of God's revealed written Word some day. It details over an extended period of time the beauty, justice, righteousness, and grace of our God, and displays the love He has for us through the sacrifice of His Son (Who is also God, despite the lying slanderers who wish to pretend I am JW, or indoctrinated by some other deity denying sect), Who gave His life that we might be reconciled to God and not be destroyed to the uttermost in the second death, which is reserved for those who do not believe.

And all the gentiles before the cross how will they be judged?

Hello Magenta,

Not only is God "loving and merciful" but He is also a God of justice and righteousness. Once a person dies without Christ, grace and mercy are no longer in operation for those who die in their sins. When the great white throne judgment takes place, God's Judgment will be decisive and final without any mercy mixed in.

At the great white throne judgment God's righteous judgment will not be overruled by His love and mercy.

Greetings Muzungu256!

Regarding "aionios" that person is correct. Depending on the context it can mean an age, a cycle of time or eternal. The following is a very good example of its eternal meaning:

"Then the angel I had seen standing on the sea and on the land lifted up his right hand to heaven. And he swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and everything in it, the earth and everything in it, and the sea and everything in it,"

The use of the word "aionios" in the context is being used to describe God's existence. And since we know that God does not live for an age or a cycle of time, we can deduce that the meaning of the word "aionios" translated "for ever and ever" is describing God's eternal state, having no beginning or ending.

Regarding love, below is the meaning of love towards our neighbor i.e. everyone.
=================================================

He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ and ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”
“You have answered correctly,” Jesus said. “Do this and you will live.”

But wanting to justify himself, he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

Jesus took up this question and said, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho when he fell into the hands of robbers. They stripped him, beat him, and went away, leaving him half dead.

Now by chance a priest was going down the same road, but when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. So too, when a Levite came to that spot and saw him, he passed by on the other side.

But when a Samaritan on a journey came upon him, he looked at him and had compassion. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Take care of him,’ he said, ‘and on my return I will repay you for any additional expense.’

Jesus says, "Go and do the same as the Samaritan in every situation.

If only you didn't share the hang-up that the Book of Revelation is somehow a doomsday warning about the supposed "end of the world", but understood that it was actually written as a letter of encouragement to the Christians of the mid A.D 60's.

News flash for Willie! It is a dooms day warning! It's called "the day of the Lord." All of the OT prophets described it in the following manner:

============================================================
See, the day of the Lord is coming—a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger—to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.

The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light.
The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light.

I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.

I will make people scarcer than pure gold, more rare than the gold of Ophir.

Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the Lord Almighty, in the day of his burning anger.

=======================================================

This time of wrath and fierce anger will be carried out via the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments.

It is the end of the world! As a result of the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments, the majority of the population of the earth will be decimated and all human government will be dismantled.

The book of Revelation though written to the literal churches of that time, is also to the entire church period and those who will be caught in that time period of God's wrath.

So, which part of "a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger" did you not understand?

Romans 2.4
[SUP]4 [/SUP]Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?

Proverbs 16.6
[SUP]6 [/SUP]By lovingkindness and truth iniquity is atoned for,
And by the fear of the Lord one keeps away from evil.<<<<<<<<<A person cannot fear the Lord until they have the wisdom of the Lord

My comments are not above the pay grade of the whole counsel of the word of God...

I have made it very clear that I believe there is a hell to shun and a heaven to gain.....

The Fear of the Lord has zero to do with fearing and being terrified and afraid of him because he can send you to hell...

if you have that kind of struggle going on in your brain and spirit then you need to.............GET SAVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow you really presume to give me my own salvation status? I'm not sure where to go with someone like you that thinks they have divine insight. I can assure you I'm saved buddy, and I can assure you I have a very healthy "fear of the Lord" as I'm called to. That does not mean I live in constant terror, it's more of a "super respect" type thing if I had to explain it, but I could throw a bunch of scriptures at you about this "fear" and about Gods perfect justice and the coming judgement. Just because one scripture says something doesn't mean we ignore everything else in the bible. It all comes together as a whole, and YOU are not the ultimate authority on all things God, so please be careful when telling people "if you have that kind of struggle going on in your brain and spirit then you need to.............GET SAVED!". You CANNOT know my salvation status just as I can't know yours, and the kind of arrogance it takes to think you can and make statements like that needs to be put in check.

I don't disagree with most of your point, my only two points is #1. There are more attribute to God then only love and we need to acknowledge them all to get the best understanding of God. #2. You are not the authority here to teach us everything God, you don't get to tell us things like “hell fire and damnation is not how the holy Spirit brings men into repentance”, and tell them ”GET SAVED” as if YOU hold ANY authority on the matter. Check yourself brother, for real.

is it not true that u believe in soul sleep? the soul is just your thoughts and mind, life force or whatever? if so, then soul and body is just the same thing to u guys.
The soul is the means of communing with God through our new born again spirit that will be awoken on the last day. The same day we will receive our promised incorruptible body.

Christians will not see another trial. At the judgment seat of Christ he was declared guilty and as the Father laid the iniquity of us all on Christ we have eternal life .There will be no re trial .All will receive the same promised reward eternal life. Again the no condemnation is now not after some supposed retrial

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Rom 8:1

The man without the Spirit of Christ cannot commune with God…. being dead in his trespasses and sin without God. He remains with a temporal spirit and a body, no soul as a way of communing with God.

Those who have not the Spirit of Christ their corrupted bodies will return to the lifeless spiritless dust they were formed of. the first resurrect. Christ who cannot die suffered the second death . When the temporal spirit dies the body loses any ability to do anything other than return to the lifeless spiritless dust it was formed of. It will not be resurrected (nothing to resurrect) and stand trial. Dying without the Spirit of Christ simply means their name was not written in the Lambs book of life from the foundation of the world.

If a person is looking to resurrect corrupted things it would be a good idea that they look for those in agreement .Those who dig up dead men’s bones and put them on trial (The Cadaver Synod (also called the Cadaver Trial; )

And you are hoping that dead decaying bones that have no spirit life will profit for something even though Christ speaking of his own flesh and blood as not profitting. What are you hoping they will do other than feed the worms since they have no spirit life?

I would define love as consciously working for the betterment of another. The choice to do what it takes for the benefit of someone else. I would not define it as a "tingly feeling", or a feeling at all for that matter. Jesus is the best example of love, He stepped into time and space for the benefit of His creation, for our benefit, to save us. He laid His life down so that we may have it, I believe that is the ultimate and best example of love one could possibly give. Love is a conscious choice.

The same spirit at work through you? For you give no evidence of the Holy Spirit.
