Taking a bath and reading in the tub calms me when I am overwrought. I like baths very hot, which is probably not good for me physically- but helps me psychologically. Also, when I am depressed, I sleep A LOT. It is a way to escape my conscious thoughts.
I am not depressed all the time, just on the days that I am depressed, I meant. Thanks for praying, though.Escaping conscious thoughts is not an altogether bad thing at times. Depression can be a sad thing to endure alone. I pray that God delivers you from the cloud that is hovering over you and shines His light upon you.

Smoking is my 'cure' for bad days. It's very sad being addicted to a product that's designed to ruin your health and eventually kill you in order to relieve anxiety and depression. The truth is it does neither. I drink a lot of coffee but I have reduced my consumption quite a bit and now drink Perrier water. It's not really a cure for a bad day is beneficial in flushing out the poisons. Besides that, it's fizzy and I find it comforting. It's got a slight mineral taste. Minerals are good for you or so I've been told. Presumably better than nicotine.
It's... probably not the most christian thing to do with a bad day, I admit. But it gets rid of trolls and I feel better.
Hmm... bad days. I occasionally have a bad day, usually when somebody at work has been more cantankerous than usual and tried to interfere with my job.
What I do to get over my bad mood is, I go to a christian chatroom and wait for a troll. Trolls can be a lot of fun if you know how to use them right. I like to tie a troll up so tight in logic knots that he can't even remember what his initial troll question was. Then I start questioning what kind of life the troll has if the best thing he can think of for amusement is to go to a christian chatroom and try to troll them.

Pfffft! You being a troll? You're going to have to step up your game, you know.
After all, you still haven't gotten rid of me yet.
(Maybe you're just waiting for a REALLY bad day.)![]()
