Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Galatians 2:15,16
I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. v.21
Paul said we do not void out the law through faith, but we establish the law,and the law is spiritual, holy, just, and good, the moral laws, laws of love.
The Bible says that if a person hates sin,and does not want sin, then by the Spirit they can abstain from sin,for a Spirit led life will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh, for they crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts, and show the ways of the Spirit in which there are no ways of the flesh there, and God will not allow them to be tempted above what they are able, and with the temptation will give them a way to escape,so they are able to bear it.
A Spirit led life will not sin,so they are not under the law, which means the law cannot touch them for prosecution, but if they sin,or hold unto sin, they are under the law, until they repent of it,and mean it,and allow the Spirit to lead them hating sin.
The Bible says that by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified,no flesh, but by the Spirit we can establish the law like Paul said we have to do,for we are not following the flesh, but the Spirit being spiritual.
People should know when Paul is speaking according to the flesh, and the Spirit, and stop dragging when he is talking according to the flesh throughout their walk with God.
Paul said he could have all faith so that he could remove mountains, but if he did not have charity, love in action, than he is nothing, and said love does not think an evil thought, and does not sin by the Spirit, and is not arrogant, and not selfish, and not unkind, and only goes by their needs, and not their wants, and helps the poor and needy with their needs if possible.
A Spirit led life will not sin,and can establish the law, which is to live up to the law,not you are not under the law as some might think, but you are not under the law because you are not sinning,so the law cannot touch you for prosecution.
People that believe they cannot abstain from sin,and sin does not affect their relationship with God,and the prosperity doctrine,do not know truth, and it comes from the flesh.
By the works of the law no flesh shall be justified, not no person led of the Spirit will be justified, for by the Spirit we can live up to the law.
Like faith alone, and not saved by works, again Paul is speaking according to the flesh, which means it is faith alone, and not saved by works when we confess Christ, for that is all we can do for we have not received the Spirit yet,and our works are as filthy rags.
But after a person receives the Spirit then it is faith without works is dead, and a person is justified by works, and not faith alone, and if we lack then our faith lacks, which Jesus addressed 2 Churches in Revelation, and said their works lacked, and to repent.
Which Paul said according to the Spirit, have charity, works of love,or you are nothing, and you have erred from the faith, which he is speaking the same thing as James in the spiritual, faith without works is dead.
People have to know when Paul is speaking according to the flesh,or the Spirit, and stop dragging when he is speaking according to the flesh throughout their Christian walk.
1Co 15:33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
1Co 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
1Jn 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
1Jn 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
Our righteousness is as filthy rags when we are in the flesh confessing Christ, for we have not received the Spirit yet when we initially confess Christ.
But when we receive the Spirit then we have to have to do righteousness, which the Bible says it is an action,to be right with God.
