I've lost 17 lbs in the last 19 days.... yep, that's not a typo.(its a long story, but I'm doing ok...better than ok actually)
(I didn't get weight loss surgery or anything like that, and I'm eating normal food...)

I wish i could recommend my weight loss method but it started with a trip to a hospital emergency room. But I'm doing much better nowGood job! (if you were trying to do that on purpose)

I've read that book years back...didn't they invent this giantic device that was, or at least was meant to be, able to ask the question that would lead up to the answer "42"?
In other words...say out loud your desires and justify them afterwards...to whatever cost...lol.

I got my bout over with the second week of December, just before Christmas 
But I did not lose almost twenty pounds like you did 
Go to Jesus in prayer, crawl up in His lap and let Him tell you how much He loves you and that everything will be alright.
It took Deep Thought 7½ million years to compute and check the answer of 42.
It only took me almost fifty years
