I've lost 17 lbs in the last 19 days.... yep, that's not a typo. (its a long story, but I'm doing ok...better than ok actually)

(I didn't get weight loss surgery or anything like that, and I'm eating normal food...)
Good job! (if you were trying to do that on purpose)

I've been trying to lose 17 pounds for the last 15 years, but chocolate poptarts keep getting in my way!

This is what New Year's Eve at my church looks like... 450 teenagers having a great time! I'm in there somewhere, hidden behind a large shiny helmet...

What is the meaning?

Do we ever get to know, or is it forever hidden behind a curtain?

Life has never been the same since I found out why. It's like when I learned Santa Claus wasn't real.

The answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything, is 42. (Douglas Adams quote)

The ultimate questions of life always pertain to the meaning and purpose of life, which is found in Jesus Christ, for He is the embodiment of Truth :)

I am afraid the Hitchhiker's guide didn't include Jesus in their universe.

I feel like Marvin the paranoid Android today. I hope things are getting better soon.

I wish i could recommend my weight loss method but it started with a trip to a hospital emergency room. But I'm doing much better now :)

I've read that book years back...didn't they invent this giantic device that was, or at least was meant to be, able to ask the question that would lead up to the answer "42"?

In other words...say out loud your desires and justify them afterwards...to whatever cost...lol.

I am glad you are feeling better! So many were sick around Christmas, with flu and even pneumonia  I got my bout over with the second week of December, just before Christmas :D But I did not lose almost twenty pounds like you did :(

Go to Jesus in prayer, crawl up in His lap and let Him tell you how much He loves you and that everything will be alright.

It took Deep Thought 7½ million years to compute and check the answer of 42.

It only took me almost fifty years :D

i prefer Jesus.
Me too! :)
