Hey, I am not for gum control. The liberals then will go after gummy bears and worms. Then after that, will go after chocolate. Then there's a war on their hands when they mess with my chocolate.

My M-I-L said her mom, when she was growing up, had to do that. They didn't get much bubble gum, so they would literally stick it to their bed post. Sometimes, they got varnish on it, but kept chewing it anyways.
