Me responding the way I did had nothing to do with pride and I hear what you are saying....my point was simple....the very same people who dish it out regularly will judge motive, say there is no love etc. when one gives it back...I meant NOTHING offensive by saying depleted uranium....and it is not like I called her an offensive name or something...and she judged my motive, said I had no love etc.....it is ridiculous how some will be so offended at something so simple while regularly dishing out heat to those they disagree with...it is beyond ridiculous as a matter of fact......just saying...and regardless of who disagrees, gets mad or upset....being easily offended is a sign of immaturity....and if we being believers cannot handle a little heat from each other...what happens when it gets really rough for ALL believers as we are mocked, ostracized, beaten, imprisoned and or killed for the cause of Christ which is coming soon on a planet near ALL of us........show me where she was included in your post....

What's wrong with examining whether we could have been any gentler in our speech or manner? Why don't we feel any sorrow if we hurt each others feelings? And what's wrong with saying we are sorry and could have been gentler and just leaving it at that?
What is so hard about loving and bearing with each other?
The more spiritually mature is the one who can bear offenses without the pride of hurt feelings AND the one who doesn't revile back.
All of this is fodder for prayer. All of our life is now seeing what we lack and then asking for what we need. We don't receive what we need to be more like our Lord because we don't ask and instead waste our time bickering!
