Read the verses. They are extremely clear.

I learned the sign language way of saying Jesus last week 
I am not sure which hand goes first, but each index finger in turn
points to the center of the other hand's palm to signify Jesus
But language is fluid, isn't it? We say the Bible says something when it is not uttering anything verbally or audibly. We do the same here, I said, you said, he said, she said, when we are typing and tapping away on our keyboards. If women are to remain silent it seems pretty obvious we are not to be preaching in the assembly even if one were to use sign language to communicate

Can you please expound Paul’s ending words of 1 Corinthians 14 and why he was addressing BOTH brother and sister about being eager to prophecy?
39Therefore, my brothers and sisters, be eager to prophesy, and do not forbid speaking in tongues. 40But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.
(Please do not ignore the word “therefore” as it finalizes and recaps Pauls instructions to the disorderly church in Corinth
again pauls main concern was order in the Church for the purpose of unbelievers salvation

Tell me how the woman is able to preach in the church, when the verse clearly states she is to be silent in the church ? Can you not figure that out for yourself ?

The lexicon shows the Greek to be unrelated in the examples given of other occurrences for each, for which the one is absent as an example of the other.

Women are free to prophesy, just not unto men in the church. Women can teach other women and children as long as they are not preaching unto the man in church. Women can prophesy and spread the gospel outside of the church also. These things are not going against the word of God, however preaching unto a man inside the church is going against the word of God. It is very clearly explained.
