I believe posting the age of posters is not helpful at all. One should be able to consider the post in view of Scripture and then respond accordingly. Posting the age creates an age-bias ( one way or another) unnecessarily and many forums avoid that.

Since you're defending the right to post an incorrect age, may I ask if 75 is really your age? No offense, just wondering.

You definitely need to re-read my post. I was referencing my own spiritual dilemma and then relaying that only God can renew a man’s (human being’s) mind. And that if anyone didn’t have peace or was freaking out or angry, they need to seek God about their unrest and anxiety and ask for His Wisdom. Nowhere did I blame any particular person. I didn't even allude to anyone in particular.

You read it the way your heart perceived it. And now I am speaking directly to you: You are restless and struggling with guilt, LD. Which explains why you wanna hammer the law over others day after day and use guilt to motivate others nonstop. You see Father God as a cruel Task Master. You are angry because your guilt tripping others ain’t accomplishing what you want it to. You want control, but you lack self-control. And as long as you don’t run to the Lord and let Him heal you of anger & bitterness, you’ll keep “kicking against the pricks” as Jesus said and hurting the body of Christ.

I do have respect for Nehemiah's opinion. You didn't see me insulting him for having that opinion did you ? I just happen to have a right to my own opinion as well. Jesus Himself walked away from much controversy, but He didn't "always" walk away from it.

It is those opposing the BIBLE and it's word and those who are issuing all the attacks and insults and those making jokes involving the BIBLE, it is those that should be examining their hearts. By doing all of those things they prove themselves to be wrong over and over again. For those standing up for the BIBLE and believing and defending it's true written word, those hearts are already in the proper place. It is amazing just how many people will attack a messenger of the truth when that truth is placed in front of them.

They didn't disagree with me, they disagreed with the clear word of God. And there is no doubt that a "hit squad" did form after several people did not like the posting of that truth. I misspelled someone's name only after the same was done to me numerous times. So, why do you keep concentrating on the retaliation instead of the instigator ? Obviously that is due to your bias towards your friends. And I have just explained to you over and over again that I really don't care what you call me or what you think and it is the disrespect shown here for the Bible itself that is most upsetting. There is no interpretation needed at all in order to understand these verses.

What you need is for God to teach you, but many of you refuse to listen to and obey His clearly written word. Instead you choose to favor your own earthly opinions over the facts presented in the Bible. That is not having faith in God and the Bible. That is having faith in yourselves.
