Matt 22: Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’[d] 38 This is the first and great commandment.39 And the second islike it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’[e] 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

all those passages you posted, these are the commands they are talking about.
Let's take a look at the Greek word translated hang in the translation you used.

From BDAG:

.... fig. (Philo, Post. Cai. 24; 25; SibOr 7, 55) ἐν ταύταις τ. δυσὶν ἐντολαῖς ὅλος ὁ νόμος κρέμαται καὶ οἱ προφῆται all the law and the prophets hang (depend) on these two commandments Mt 22:40 (as a door hangs on its hinges, so the whole OT hangs on these two comm. For the thought cp. Plut., Mor. 116d.—On κ. ἐν cp. 2 Km 18:9; Billerb. I 775ff; 967f).—DELG. M-M. TW.

Thayer's unabridged Lexicon:

...Mat_22:40, where the meaning is, all the Law and the Prophets (i. e. the teaching of the O. T. on morality) is summed up in these two precepts. (Compare: ἐκκρέμαμαι.)

Mounce's concise Greek Dictionary:

G2910
κρεμάννυμι kremannymi 7x
also spelled κρέμαμαι and κρεμάζω, to hang, suspend, Act_5:30; Act_10:39;
pass. to be hung, suspended, Mat_18:6; Luk_23:39;
mid. κρέμαμαι, to hang, be suspended, Act_28:4; Gal_3:13;
met. κρέμαμαι ἐν, to hang upon, to be referable to as an ultimate principle, Mat_22:40

Hang as in depends not nullify.

Summed up as in summarized. The Ultimate principle.

The Law; the Word through Christ is in our hearts, minds and mouths. It is no longer a ministry to which we obey that which is on parchment and Tables of Stone but one of the fleshly tables of the Heart; not of the Letter but of the Spirit.

Some case if a law or rule has been fulfill, than we not practice anymore. Example, the rule or law about animal sacrifice, or kill sabbath violator by congregation. Saturday sabbath is also fulfill by coming to Jesus.

Come to me ye who labour and heavy laden, I will give you rest/sabbath.

Jesus, when He fulfills the law, fulfills it for those who will receive this blessing, not for those who refuse to receive it.

I was under the law until our Blessed Savior completed it for me......fulfilled it that is. Yet though I live in the grace andmercy provided by His Life, that is to say, His very Blood, I know to obdy Him always.

Yes, Jesus says it bet, anyone teaching against the least of these laws will be the least in the Kingdom.... All the law hangs on Love, yet they remain there hanging by most folks who cannot see what love contains.

yep, if Jesus in our heart, it will produce love, like a branch will produce fruit as long as the branch abide on the vine.

but it doesn't mean we doing animal sacrifice because it was instructed

yes we must obey His instruction and animal sacrifice was one of His instruction.

We has to know wich instruction is in the New Covenant and we obey that only.

some law has been fulfill, mean we don't need to practice anymore.

Obey animal sacrifice in the New Covenant era mean insult the real sacrifice of Jesus.

so does Saturday sabbath. Jesus promise who ever come to Him will get rest or sabbath.

saturday sabbath has been fulfill by coming to Jesus, why do Saturday sabbath, accuse Jesus liar?

This post demonstrates the absolute misunderstanding of what Jesus teaches and what He did.

In fulfilling the Prophets and the Law almost all are no longer, yet some remain and they fall into the great Law, Love.

You seem to be one of the first to say you LOVE, so while you are loving respect your parents, worship God only, do not move your neighbor's landmark to benefit yourself etc.......... Right, you probably have not yet read the wisdom andunderstanding and prophesy of the law because you still believe He did not fulfill them.........

Now you teach against all of the laws because you are given permission from the Author of them to do so when He is explicit, EXPLICIT, on the fact that one should not teach against the least of them.

I will stick with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why don't you explain to us what the Gospel of Jesus Christ IS and what it means to BELIEVE the Gospel (Romans 1:16).

With every post I explain how I understand Jesus christ's teaching. His teaching is the same H gave to Abraham first, later to us.

Why is there always some kind of insinuated trap in your posts. I am aware no man nows all, but I do share what has been gven me by the Holy sSpirit.

It seems many congregations have spent most of their time attempting to silence Him. God Is Spirit, the Holy Spirit.

Why don't you explain to us what the Gospel of Jesus Christ IS and what it means to BELIEVE the Gospel (Romans 1:16).

the trap is - you and others keep trying to tie the law into salvation by grace through faith for good works. you and others keep inserting Sabbath keeping into salvation. not there though.

I do not fear the law, I am a gentile, I was never under it. I am saved by grace, through faith, for good works. the fruits of the Sprit show the good works, how they should look. Sabbath is not listed as one of them.

The law put mankind in condemnation, but you know the Word so well, perhaps I am just stupid.

I am certain the law came to condemn all mankind..........

If you would have thought a little bit more I think you would have had it.

The door is the law. The Hing is the 2 commands. On one side, your living an obedient life, on the other side, your living in self righteousness

without the hinges, You can push on the door (the law) all you want. you will end up with self righteousness. because you can never get to the other side. But add the hinges, And the opens easily with no power. And you walk in righteous living,

The door is the barrier,

Just like the law is the barrier, as it condemns those who are not saved, and to those who are saved, it can only produce self righteousness. as the person keeps trying tp push on that door expending all their energy trying to be obedient and continually failing.

I was responding to your preaching EG.

"He taught mercy, love forgiveness, The law does not teach those things"
God's Law and His Instructions define HIS Love, Faith, and Mercy EG. The end result of a man who allows God to guide his footsteps through His instruction is the perfect man. Jesus was the end result of a man who follows God's "Path" VS. man made religious doctrines. His example is the end result of following God's Instructions. He is the intent of God's Law.

"For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth."

Jesus and Paul taught us to "work" towards the same "High Calling". To "Walk even as He walked" to "Be perfect even as God is perfect". Jesus said He will give those who love Him and follow His Instructions "Help" to achieve this goal. John 14, Philip. 3:11-15

The Mainstream Church of Christ's time didn't accept God and His instructions either EG.

Rom. 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful;(For His Instructions) but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

They created their own god, and their own righteousness, and have refused to submit themselves unto the Righteousness of God just like the universal church of today with their long haired men's hair shampoo model they call Jesus and their worldly accepted "Feasts" they created in honor of this Jesus.

Matt. 15:7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9
But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

You preach God's (The Word which became Flesh) Law doesn't teach mercy, Love or forgiveness. When Jesus said His entire Law and Prophets are the very definition of Love, Mercy, and Forgiveness.

God does not tie the law to salvation, (other than the fact he said it was a tutor to lead us to christ) He Fulfilled the law, and provided salvation through his fulfilling the law. because we could not fulfill the law

Why do you insist we must fulfill a law we can never fulfill?

Anyone who does not fear the law does not understand it. Period.

Gal 3: [SUP]10 [/SUP]For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.”

Rom 4: [SUP]14 [/SUP]For if those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise made of no effect, [SUP]15 [/SUP]because the law brings about wrath; for where there is no law there is no transgression.

Jesus LOVED his father completely. And he LOVED all people. even those who were crucifying him, and he told us to walk as he did. I do not need the law to show me that, I just need to learn to love as Jesus loved.

it is amazing that some cannot accept that when Malachi ends, then a few blank pages, then a single page that says THE NEW TESTAMENT, that starts a new thing, not the old one repackaged.

Why don't you explain to us what the Gospel of Jesus Christ IS and what it means to BELIEVE the Gospel (Romans 1:16).
Well for one, Paul only had one Gospel, and that was the Old Testament. He called it the "Gospel of Christ"

Rom. 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

Habakkuk 2:4 is one place we learn that the "Just shall live by faith". Old Testament is where we learn about the Wrath and the Righteousness of God, the Word which became Flesh. It is the "Gospel of Christ".

You don't preach this, nor does the Pope, but Paul did.

Acts 24:14 But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:

Acts 26:22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

Jesus taught the Pharisees didn't follow God's Word either, they also thought calling the Old Testament "the Gospel of Christ" was "Heresy".

This is the real reason you and I disagree so much. You preach one gospel, as prophesied, and Jesus and Paul teach another.

I'm with JJ on this. I will stick to the Gospel of Christ.

You don't preach this MMD, you don't believe in the same Gospel as Paul taught. For this reason I am on hti9s forum warning people and
