By the way, your opening declaration here is way out of line since the occupation was Rome not Greece at the time of Christ's first advent.... But you just keep thinking everyone was speaking Greek.
Jesus almost certainly understood Koine Greek, everyone did at that time in Palestine, he would not generally have conversed with Jewish people in Greek. He would have spoken Aramaic and Hebrew - especially when reading from the Torah.
However, it is also true that what we now call the New Testament was written in Koine Greek, and even the quotations from what we call the Old Testament that are found in the New Testament came from a version translated in Greek called the Septuagint. Maybe there are a couple of exceptions that I am unaware of...
I would astounded if it were to be proved, in some way, that Jesus ministered in any other language than Hebrew/Aramaic...
