I was playing basketball once in the Army and dislocated my little finger. As the ambulance was driving away I asked the driver if I would be able to play the piano after I healed. He said, "Sure."

I remarked, "Great, I've never been able to play before."

That's why I need to make sure she is safe from falling -
with all those slippery cookie ingredients on the floor and all.

That's great to look out for her. I always go around the house and remove trip hazards and stuff like that to keep my honey safe. As for the slippery ingredients on the floor, sometimes you have to sweep up too. This morning I swept the leaves off the patio.

Me too Dan. I've been well trained through-out the years but also have discovered that you can indeed teach an old dog new tricks, especially in relationships, particularly in marriage. Based on my own personal experience and observation I would have to say that cat naps are source of purring but it does indeed provide furrrrrr-ther sleeping.

So Biblically today I was reminded in prayer of the urgency of our message to the world .. for many will perish if we do not plant seed and harvest as well...so I am left with this thought - There must be a sense of need before our message is of any use. Thousands of people are happy without God in this world. They have no peace but what do they have to compare it to? We must introduce to them the darkness of mankind before the light of the redemptive life can shine thru. Ok, I'm off to do some devotionals - I'll be bauuuck ! ...nice chattering wit ya's

I agree that we should faithfully perform to the best of our ability the work that our heavenly father has prepared for us to do beforehand whatever the work may be, whether to preach the good news, going to work or to simply remember to take out the trash in the morning.

Of course! ... And he has a whole series on that subject you can download free ... He is a man of the Word. That is the only type of teaching I would endorse . I'm glad you received good things from it, I truly enjoyed it myself.
