We will be judged at the judgement seat of Christ ( only believers will be there ) for what we did AFTER we were saved
Im all for bearing fruit , of course we are called to do that , but its NOT what saves us or keeps us saved
And Christians ( i prefer to say Believers , cause alot of people say they are Christian when they havent trusted Christ alone for their salvation ) are NOT dead in their trespasses and sins , we have been redeemed
You need to rightly divide the word , and distinguish between the covenants

If the law of tithing still has to be kept, which years are we in? The years when we eat our own tithe in the presence of the Lord:

22“You shall surely tithe all the produce from what you sow, which comes out of the field every year. 23“You shall eat in the presence of the LORD your God"-Deuteronomy 14:22-23

Or in the year when we give all our tithe to those in ministry, the aliens, the fatherless and the widow?

"28“At the end of every third year you shall bring out all the tithe of your produce in that year, and shall deposit it in your town. 29“The Levite, because he has no portion or inheritance among you, and the alien, the orphan and the widow who are in your town, shall come and eat and be satisfied "-Deuteronomy 14:28-29

i dont think Jesus, John and the 12 are losers.

but according to you the Lord is more pleased with king herod and the rich roman emperors.

John Baptist lived in the wilderness, was clothed with camel’s hair, and ate honey and locusts.

Here is what Jesus said about John:
