That's Ricky The Dragon. pro WWF wrestler (before it became the WWE). He inspired me to start lifting weights when I was younger.

I will unmask myself in my avatar for a moment... then I will disappear again like Batman..

I was trying to think who that was either Jimmy Fly Snooker or Tito Santana, but yes I remember Ricky the Dragon. Rey Mysterio was a heavily influenced in him.
