Well actually I'm shy and unshy just depends on my mood I've always been weird like that especially as a child I would usually walk right up to people and start talking away then other times I wouldn't say a word to anyone.

Well actually something is reall and really weird my hormones actually hit the highest in my life as far as I can recall when we were just casually chatting back and forth and each and every time I that I was thinking about talking to her and my body is still reacting that way every single time that I see her message me,it's making me wonder if my body remembers something that I don't because though I have great memory recall I think some of my memories are dormant or erased due to seizures I wonder if I met her before now....

Well at least out of all this talk of catfishing and relations I do at least know one thing "without a doubt" I have never been this happy before.

Joe, I think some people are just expressing their concerns and just want to warn you of these things that could potentially turn out to be accurate.

Ultimately, its Your choice but please be aware as well until you actually meet her.

And I’m saying this from a older sister POV okay. :)

Joe, no offense meant, but you're talking exactly like you did when you thought that a certain young lady here was "the one". You told us the same things back then, that you were in love with her, and felt she was who God had for you. You acted all infatuated then too, even after she told you she had no interest beyond being friends. You even wanted to go to her own country and meet her. And look how badly that whole fiasco went down..

Please listen to Tommy especially as well as the others here. Tommy seems pretty adept at spotting the catfish on here, and I'm sure probably on his job as a cop too.. He's a smart guy and you'd be wise to heed his words..

We care about you, Joe. Some have experienced cat fishing, which is why they can pick up signals. The Bible says the heart is deceitful. Our emotions can lead us to make some choices our logic would disagree with.

When we get to know someone via email/chatting/texting, we have time to think of how to reply. When we talk to someone in person, more times than not, we can see their initial reaction. Do they have road rage? How do they react when the server at the restaurant gets the order wrong? What about waiting in a long line? Etc etc etc.

I was ghosted by someone who was a Christian. Everything seemed to go well, and he stopped replying to my emails. So... even those who call themselves Christian can catfish others.

Hi Joe...The beautiful thing coming out from this thread is the love that ALL your brother & sisters in Christ have for you...This is true love showing it`s self right here right now...

I pray this women is not setting you up Joe , that would be heartbreak for you...You may be feeling wonderful right now , but what goes up must come down , be vigilant , we are told many times by the Word to protect our hearts , may God protect yours brother...Sending this message to you with love...xox...:)...

Well yeah I was stupid then because I was looking for love and thought she was for me but, I fell out of love later especially when she hadn't been talking on here for so long it was like you said another crush.
But, I really do believe this is different I actually enjoy her conversation and she stays talking with me I mean with my former crush I pretty much was like "trying so hard" to impress yet with this woman I am relaxed and comfortable talking to her I mean in both respects both I haven't actually met but, I feel like this woman is more than a friend I mean to be honest with every old crush I was dead scared nervous with her though I feel like we could talk all night and in fact we have a few times even up to morning.

Amen which is why I wanted to share that I'm in a relationship(guess that answers seoul searches old thread if I would announce an actual relationship to you all)because here you all I believe are my true family in Christ I have come here so many times for advice and gotten great advice you all even helped mold me to be a better Christian and Man!
Like for instance blue lady bug helped me learn not to do wall texts and to not go racing off head strong to be an idiot toward women.
Tommy has helped by encouraging me to not doubt myself in that a woman could want me and to try getting out there talking with women I know he meant not on the internet but, it helped boost my confidence a bit and on multiple sites I was actually talking to lots of women with out trying so hard to be likeable.
Ugly has always tried to keep me from making a fool out of myself which I respect and appreciate.
And mostly the members here have always made me feel welcome.

Yep and I'm happy you are still around here you are one of my friends and me you and hug life had some great funny times with silly stuff like memes and I like memes(hug life got me hooked)so much that I make my own now and post them on social media and here in life bits.
Also I think you being here where so many people care about you and will stand up for you is great and that you can learn a great deal from people's advice I know I did.

Yeah I'm listening there's just nothing that has sent big red flags you know I mean I understand and respect your perspective because you see this a lot in your line of work and I'm not trying to be rebellious I just want to see where this goes who knows if things if things don't work out at least I'll have the sense of having been in a relationship and could help others not fall for catfishing stuff on the other hand if things do work then I may just have a relatonship not only for the first time but, that lasts I mean right now our relationship has lasted just about I think 4 days so I don't there's any harm in just taking a little more time to see if I can get a grasp on whether she likes me or wants me for some fishy reason.
I'm thinking at least two weeks in that time I should be able to see who she really is deep down.
