Those regenerate Native Indians who would tie people down, face up, then cut their eyelids off in the middle of the hot sun? My brother-in-law said he read they did this, and fixed their heads to where they could not move from side to side.
You do not have an understanding of the depraved nature you and I have by our nature. Some of us when we are in battle, are probably no different than the Indian were.

Exactly, because due to FGC's misapplying 1 Corinthians 2:14 they could never know this unless they're regenerate. Funny how PB's see regeneration in nearly everyone yet when one begins to show them their errors, all of a sudden that person is lost because they don't believe in their interpretation.

Let's chew on that for a minute. If the Native Americans didn't accept the PB's CTS, then they'd go from regenerate to lost. Just going by what I'm seeing in FGC's practice on here.

So, salvation is works to them after all, or better regeneration is. So it's not just believing in the happy hunting ground, it's more. It's been asserted by FGC that I'm lost because I don't buy his CTS yet I believe the Scriptures and in heaven too. Quite a selective and inconsistent "gospel" they have.
I have never claimed that you were eternally lost.

He alluded that to me as well, only the remnant can see CTS, and if you can not see it, you are lost.

The Muslims believe in a heaven where they get 70 virgins(I have also read 72)all to themselves when they blow themselves up in the name of Allah. I guess they are regenerate, too. :rolleyes:o_O
I have never claimed that you were lost eternally.

Again, you are applying lost as eternally lost and that is not what I said. Please quote me right.

Thank you for providing the scriptures.

You are right, there are some verses which talk about a temporary "being saved" here on earth, such as Acts 27:20. Check it out guys.

Now the next thing: HOW can you prove the native americans were regenerate? Despite worshipign IDOLS in many cases?
They worshiped a spiritually higher being and 1 Cor 2:14 says the natural man cannot do that.

Yes our timely deliverance is because of our good works, but not our eternal deliverance.
More heresy and you're like a broken record, a robot that repeats the same thing over and over.

Stick to what was stated: Belief and repentance are works of God. You stated they are works of man and dismissed them. You have to do this because you're reading CTS into the text of Scripture through your indoctrination so it has to be twisted in order to support your false gospel.

Here is a text that proves this theory of yours incorrect; Ephesians 2:8-10 declares that this salvation is not of works. You're saying it is. Ephesians 1, the context, shows this salvation is to eternal life.

You skipped over the text of Mark 16:16 of course as well. It contrasts salvation with damnation, both eternal states, and that eternal salvation is granted those who believe.

Still waiting for you to provide Scripture that shows us this salvation is only temporary...

That passage says nothing of the sort. You are adding that into the text! Like all true sects you have a proof text ripped from context that you tie EVERYTHING in your heresy to. Goodness sake man...

Did you think this through?

By this logic, a hindu is a "spiritual man" since he worships a spiritually higher being.
Is this what you are suggesting?

When was primitive baptist founded? For the word "primitive" it sounds very "modern" and "ecumenical" and "liberal"

I am not claiming that you are lost eternally. When we, as children of God, sin, we lose our relationship with God until we repent. We never lose our eternal salvation.
We never lose our relationship with the Father. We are His son.

None of this fazes us because Jesus loves us. I’m absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God’s love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us.(Romans 8:38-39)

And He corrects us when we sin, but never do we lose relationship with Him my friend.

4-11 In this all-out match against sin, others have suffered far worse than you, to say nothing of what Jesus went through—all that bloodshed! So don’t feel sorry for yourselves. Or have you forgotten how good parents treat children, and that God regards you as his children?

My dear child, don’t shrug off God’s discipline,
but don’t be crushed by it either.
It’s the child he loves that he disciplines;
the child he embraces, he also corrects.

God is educating you; that’s why you must never drop out. He’s treating you as dear children. This trouble you’re in isn’t punishment; it’s training, the normal experience of children. Only irresponsible parents leave children to fend for themselves. Would you prefer an irresponsible God? We respect our own parents for training and not spoiling us, so why not embrace God’s training so we can truly live? While we were children, our parents did what seemed best to them. But God is doing what is best for us, training us to live God’s holy best. At the time, discipline isn’t much fun. It always feels like it’s going against the grain. Later, of course, it pays off handsomely, for it’s the well-trained who find themselves mature in their relationship with God.(Hebrews 12)

Until you cease and desist conflating regeneration with progressive sanctification, you will just chase your tail over and over again my friend.

I didn't quote you incorrectly and you just made another dodge. You won't own your errors.

That said it is duly noted YOU want to be qouted correctly while you misqoute God's word.

Hmmmm. That's quite interesting.

You are ignoring the fact that there is a two fold meaning of the word salvation (deliverance). you are accusing me of saying that eternal salvation is by works. Not so! The deliverance we receive here in this world is by our good works. The deliverance we receive eternally is by God's grace without the works of man. Don't accuse me of saying something that I did not say.. Yes, The ability to repent and believe is given in regeneration. Man has a free will as how he wants to live his life here on earth. He can choose to repent or not repent but that does not change his eternal deliverance. Repenting and believing is not the cause of our eternal salvation.

You sure are quoting me incorrectly. When you claim that I said that our eternal salvation is by the works of man. If you think so, number the post.

Nowhere does it say this in 1 Cor. 2:14. Nowhere my friend. Please do not add to the scriptures, please.
I am not adding. The natural man cannot DISCERN spiritual things.

So, there is in time lost and eternally lost, too, my friend?
In time, when a child of God sins, as you and I do at times, we lose our fellowship with God until we repent of that sin, so yes, there is "in time lost" but that does not mean that his eternal deliverance is lost. just his fellowship with God.

There are many in this world at the present time who are children of God that Christ died for that have no fellowship with their God, but they will still go to heaven. They believe he is their God but refuse to fellowship with him. They are called disobedient children of God.

Now you're changing your wording. First you said they lose relationship and now it is fellowship. Which is it my friend? Moving the target every time your false ideology is exposed is not good for debating.
