It doesn't directly address the question (assuming you're talking about someone who is an adult and old enough to consider marriage and decide to marry and all that). But keep in mind that when the Bible was written there would also be few instances of a woman marrying a younger man just because of the cultural considerations. So there's nothing inherently ungodly in marrying someone younger, but as in everything else in life use wisdom, seek the Lord, and be honest with yourself about the challenges you might be up against before rushing into a commitment.

The Bible does mention at least one instance where a woman was not given to a younger man, but this was a case of Levirate marriage (Genesis 38) and nothing is said about the rightness or wrongness of the age difference.
A younger woman marrying an older man is convention, not a rule of any kind. It likely stems from the fact that females generally mature physically at an earlier age than males, so young females on the lookout are naturally looking to slightly older males.
