yet no one has ever produced a single photo of the edges of the Earth

i realize that you pooh-pooh formal education sometimes, and i am not trying to boast but to answer your question with justification - i have a masters in math, 2 BS in physics and in math, and a BA in art. i'm halfway through a phd. yes; i have more than a cursory understanding of entropy.
Good point. Some of the posters are really hostile to formal education on here. I wonder why.

I have a kin who is like that. He has no formal education, but according to himself he knows more about anything than anybody with a masters degree or a PhD or whatever, really. He doesn’t understand that he is as ignorant as they come, and because people want no part of his self centered arguing, he thinks he’s intellectually superior to everybody else.

I'm going to guess flat earthers have never been in a commercial aircraft. If you're up at least 37,000 feet you can see a slight curvature to the earth.
the Air Force has a reconnaissance plane that cruises at 80000 feet.
the pilots have to wear pressurized suits
from that altitude the curvature of the earth is clearly visible .
there is overwhelming evidence that the Earth isn't flat but flat-earthers will just say it's all fake

This is either the beginning or the end of the ice wall in Antarctica depending on one's perspective. How far out does the ice wall extend to the actual edge of a flat earth? The thing is the ice in Antarctica only comprises a small fraction of the surface of the earth. It certainly does not extend all around ending at the edge of a flat earth. What are the dimensions of a flat earth and what is the shape, is it square, rectangle, triangle, round or trapezoid or any other geometric shape?

Perhaps you could produce a photo of the exact edge of a flat earth and not some curvy line in the far distance from these mountains. Odd, this photo shows a lot of curvature of the earth.

Perhaps you are facing that way at night but I actually face the other way at night. It doesn't matter what way you face at night, on a clear night with low ambient light conditions the stars will be visible. The stars are not 'over there' but rather everywhere. You obviously don't believe in this flat earth crap either based on your hokey photos that you clipped and pasted from the Flat Earth Society web site.

i have a rubber skee-ball here. a packet of dielectric grease in my socket set in the garage. are these things made of counter-matter? they're electrically neutral, but they happen to be affected by gravity the same way my ferrous ball bearing is. neutrons aren't massless.

“Where common sense and intuition failed, we (the insane relativists) had to create a new form of intuition based upon abstract (unreal) mathematics. When common sense fails, we must create uncommon sense.” -Leonard Susskind, professor theoretical physics, and priest of the cult of Quantum

Quantum insanity: “The more you see how strange nature behaves, the harder it is for us to make a model that explains even the how the most simple phenomena works. Theoretical physics has given up on this pursuit.” – R. Feynman

so you are saying, Einstein was right, rather than Bohr?

what do you think Ecclesiastes 3:11 means?

1) No. I usually stall pretty quickly in reading mindless pointless rambling musings.
2) No lol. They are both out to lunch.
3) Better question is what does Eccl 3:15 means.

  1. you're confessing ignorance and lack of comprehension, then
  2. by (1) you affirm that (2) is heresay
  3. Ecclesiastes 3:11 describes what is, so v.15's description of when what is, is, is dependent on v.11
