As it pertains to faith, a Jew/Christian is one inwardly.

Romans 2:28-29
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Those in Revelation 2:9, and Revelation 2:10 claim to be Jews but are not, and are just like those who Christ addressed in John 8.

John 8:42-44
Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but He sent me. 43Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 44Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Correction: Revelation 2:9 and Revelation 3:9

The question is "WHO are the Gentiles?" Are they "other nations" that ye claim them to be or are they the lost remnant scattered sheep of Israel that Paul continually references in his letters?
The lost remnant without faith ….are just that lost. The others that have faith are found. Its not about creating a wonderment ... When will they be found.? Ten thousands years later? Are they hiding? Faith is being sure of what we hope for.It does not disappoint us.

LOL What color clay are you marble ? The kind that takes away the understanding of God?

Making the Potter into a lump of clay? We are to know no man after the flesh and that includes Christ who said of his own Jewish it profits for zero, nothing, nada.

Isaiah 29:16 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

Do you understand why I said that to begin with? Who was I responding to? What did they ask?

Paul's desire and prayer is that the physical Israelites who do not believe would believe on the Messiah.
That was Jesus's desire, Paul's desire. All the Israelites desire. The Israelites pray for these things daily. You can hear it in their prayers. These are not the kinds of prayers you hear in the Christian Churches however. What God is the Christian Church praying to? The Israelites prayed to God of Israel. Jesus prayed to and glorified God of Israel with the multitudes of other Israelites in Judea

Matthew 15:31
Insomuch that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.

I think, herein lies your problem; Scripture is clear that “all” of it is necessary for a better understanding of who God is, and who we are. When one focuses on certain verses to the exclusion of others, it alters our fundamental understanding of this relationship. When something “sounds good,” or “logical” it has no bearing on reality, unless it is in accordance with God. You keep ignoring clear teaching that refutes your premise, I pray you humble yourself before God and His word.

Jesus answered, “It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone,'” referring to the words in the Old Testament Book of Deuteronomy: “Man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord.”

Are you praying to the same God that Jesus and Paul prayed to? If you are, are you praying the same prayer? Are you praying for The Restoration of the Nation of True Israel? The whole bible is about this.

Same question applies to you since you're the one who brought it up. Are you praying with Paul to God of Israel for the restoration of the true Nation of Israel? Is your Church praying with Paul? The true people of God have prayers similar to Paul's.

Once again your your focus is too narrow. I am nearing 70 and the God of Scripture saved me from myself many years ago; the same God that chose to make a nation from the descendants of Abraham. I have often failed miserably in my walk but God is merciful and bigger that you or I can ever imagine. He has made many promises that will come to fruition whether anyone likes it, or not. God is the God of all creation of which Israel is a part, why can you not see this?

I'm glad you referenced the Old Testament in this because yes that's the Lord that Jesus is referring to. Lord God Of Israel. And what words proceedth out of the mouth of the Lord God Of Israel?

Here are some of them:
Exodus 29:45
And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.
Exodus 31:12-17
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.
Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
The Lord told the Children of Israel to keep the Sabbaths. It was part of the covenant he made with them. Romans 9:4 doesn't exclude anything. It is the verse of completeness. It explains the point of the entire bible in one verse. As any good Christian such as yourself would know, there are no contradictions in the bible. verse four is talking about something that already is. There are countless scriptural references to such. If anything it is Christianity that is excluding scripture by avoiding quoting scriptures such as Romans 9:4 as all of the scriptural references that verify its truth.

The God that the Christian church prays to is the First and the Last, and there is NO OTHER God besides Him.
Must be so difficult to quote scriptures such as

Joshua 7:19
And Joshua said unto Achan, My son, give, I pray thee, glory to the LORD God of Israel, and make confession unto him; and tell me now what thou hast done; hide it not from me.
which show Joshua praying to God of Israel and David doing the same:

2 Samuel 7:27
For thou, O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, hast revealed to thy servant, saying, I will build thee an house: therefore hath thy servant found in his heart to pray this prayer unto thee.
And Solomon:

1 Kings 8:26
And now, O God of Israel, let thy word, I pray thee, be verified, which thou spakest unto thy servant David my father.
And Jesus with the multitude praying and glorifying God of Israel:

Matthew 15:31
Insomuch that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.
Is this what ye and the Christian Church are doing?

I pray for the same thing Paul prayed for in Romans 9. That the Israelites according to the flesh would become Israelites according to the promise through faith
So you praying for the fulfillment of Romans 9:3-4? Are you praying that prayer with Paul as well?

Verse 4 is descriptive. A description of the people Paul is praying for. SO, Yes, I am praying like Paul that the Israelites according to the flesh, the ones who do not yet believe would be saved.

In order to pray the kind of prayer you claim to pray, you have to know the Israelites are. Because keep in mind Revelation 2:9 and Revelation 3:9. You have to be careful or you might be praying for the Synagogue of Satan and you don't want to be doing that.

You cannot make the God of Christianity a different God then the ones that some Jews seek after. The veil is rent .The reformation has come.

If you fail to recognize the time of reformation .Then it figures why you have two gods fighting against each other or it seems.

Jesus' words are regarding the same thing Paul is speaking of in Romans 2:28-29, Romans 9:6 and Jesus' words in John 8:39. A person can be jew and a descendant of Abraham physically, but not spiritually. And don't forget the "not only that" clause in Romans 9:10-13
