I have been told by a lot of people to try intermittent fasting, and I've been giving it some consideration. I know it's basically the act of getting your body to use the fat that's stored already, and I have a feeling that along with the suggestion to eat small portions every 2 hours like my dietitian said I may actually get some good results. Though I'm a bit concerned because I am prediabetic. This could mean if I don't eat for certain amounts of time that my blood sugar could get wonky. Does that happen to anyone else?
