In looking back at my own personal story, I was kinda a pharaoh of sorts. Time and time again, my Lord delivered me and my loved ones from trials and tribulations, still my heart was stubborn, unwilling to fully surrender. Of course, my trials were nothing compared to what the Egyptians had to endure, and I believe the condition of my rebellious heart was my doing alone.

If only we would only truly believe and then surrender completely, fully trusting Him and His Will, way down to our deepest scars of fear, trauma, grief, resistance, uncertainty, insecurity and doubt…

We would not only find fullness of joy, and peace which surpasses understanding, but when hardship comes, and as long as we are breathing it will, we can take refuge in His all-encompassing strength, mercy and love. He will rescue us, one way or another. He loves us in such a consistent and profound way; nothing and no one has the capacity to care for us like He does.

Please consider leaning in and on Him.

Love to you all. You are so precious, especially in His arms. You belong to Him and He to you. May we all abide together eternally.

It is true we are not perfect and never will be on this planet.
We will make mistakes and that is why a frequent examination
of conscience is a great help. Then we come to Jesus for forgiveness.
After we are forgiven, we start new again according to scripture.
We need not be concerned about our faults after He has forgiven us.
Although we'll never be perfect here, it should not preclude us from
striving for perfection. That will make our lives more joyful.
