How Deep Is The Love Of Christ,

Paul is pretty bluntly stating that love is more important
knowledge. Naturally we need to first learn about God
and then begin to know Him personally and not simply
learning about Him. It is easy to keep learning about
Him because that is written. Many stay at that level as
long as they are alive. But Paul says we need to be
rooted and established in love. That is to say that God
needs to be the center of our life. He is in us and we
are in Him. This is the way that love spreads in that we
solidify our heart and our soul within the Spirit of God.
Faith, hope and love reassures that we are rooted in His
love. And as scripture says the greatest of these is love.
How beautiful love is when we continue to glorify Him
and keep Him in our lives all day and every day. That is
not to say that all we do is sit and pray, it means we are
to be centered in Him with all our decisions. And in time,
prayer becomes our life.

Our Maker, Who is Love, permeates all the we see. What we see is not compatible with Love, and does not belong together with Love. When the time comes and our Father has finished His work in all of us, all to be saved, it is that Love that will keep us with Him fodrever and not let us be destroyed with the loud noise to come and the dissolving of all elements.

If we remain in love we will always be with our Father, Who is Love, amen.

Your words yesterday inspired todays reading...thank you...

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
