For some people, ignoring that is a way to forget it and move on. For others it is a way to stuff it down and hold onto it. It really depends on the person.

I'm only human. Half sn hour ago I was just thinking how much I disliked my boss. A few incidents have reinforced my view of this guy's ruthless empire building and doing whatever it takes to get there.
But he always pays on time. My work day is usually stress free. Just occasionally I am reminded thatcthis person sees his employees as a means for him to acquire wealth. Thats all.
For me I,m beginning to realise it is not the other person I hate. But how I am caused to feel by their behaviour, or beliefs etc. I hate how I feel around them. So I blame them because I see them through the screen of my annoyance. So the problem is really mine.

That's a good example. We naturally assume that its their fault but of course its not that simple. they trigger something inside us. maybe our lack of something and feeling of inadequacy

I think if you start becoming irritated or annoyed by someone you are letting them under your skin. Do something else and focus on something else. Like how good God is.

Dont make other people God because they always gonna fall short.

I have to remind myself that I am taking a fraction of the person's behaviour and judging a whole person by it. I simply cannot do it! Although I can convince myself that my judgement is absolutely true. Ask God to bless your boss. And thank God for the opportunity to learn to love.

sounds to me like you are on the right track. those who try to fix themselves are so far ahead of the people fixers.

We gotta take the great plank out of our own eye before we see the speck in our brother's eye.
No, most are simply overly focused on the speck in the other's eye while ignoring the plank in their own ;)

Jesus said, "... first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."

I just finished watching a documentary on Netflix about a supposed Nazi called Ivan the terrible, who was thought to be a man who came to American after the war!
It was very thought and EMOTION provoking!

Hate is easy,it is Love that is hard!
I despise injustices, atrocities against humans and animals, any type of bullying!
Yet Jesus says we must Love, for God is love!
It is definitely a narrow path!

Not so hard to do in the Lord!
Even those I STRONGLY disagree with in their views of what the word says,I love!

It is one of the " greatest" commandments I try to live by!
