The tribulation we are in is one world order. Satan, as the god of this world.
Yes the he is mankind the church, the bride. She is never removed or overcome from the picture of the gospel. . . from faith the unseen to the same faith that works in us. . not of us.

She will disappear never to return on a corrupted creation, Bur rather the "last day" according to the specific signified interpretation. Not a literal thousand years. But as a unknown according to the signified understanding.
The word thousand throughout the bible signifies a unknown .God tongue does not number days or people. We are to walk by faith the unseen eternal. . not after what the eyes see the temporal . The idea of the body of Christ disappearing and retuning with no change .I would think has no biblical foundation That is designed by dispensationalists that try and stretch time. And the antichrist man of sin (Satan)is revealed. His MO is clearly defined. Remember he said to Peter get behind me father of lies you have in mind the things seen men and not the things of God not seen the eternal city .She will come down on the last day. The day when our confidence promises to work with us in us until he finished it. (Philippian 1:6)

And in the same twinkling of the eye the new creation will receive the promise of our new incorruptible bodies. Then there will be neither male or female. . Jew or gentile.. The former things here. . like the letter of the law (death) will be tossed into the lake of the judgment of God .Never to rise and condemn a whole creation ever more.

I would think we are in that period as never before or ever again. The reformation came over two thousands years ago. Jacob a word that denotes one who does wrestle against flesh and blood as natural unconverted mankind. It will end on the last day . When the letter of the law (death) is tossed in the judgment of God. It will never rise again but our new incorruptible spirits will. All believers die not receiving the promised ressurection or rapture. What we do have is the work of Christ's faith as a labor of his love that works in us. He promises us in Hebrew 6 as the better thing that accompanies salvation is that he will not forget the good works we offer towards His name or power. Therefore giving glory to the unseen Holy place..

The VERY FIRST clue is the Word "Rapture". It is not in Gods Word. Every thing that follows is man made, built upon supposition doctrine. That is why it is never spoken by Christ. That is why Paul teaches "the gathering" will take place AFTER SATAN.
That is why if you take all the doctrine that is used to support it, give it to someone WITHOUT MANS EXPLANATION, they never come up with "the church gathered before Satan stands where he ought not"

Rightly divide the word of truth. Rightly divide Israel and the Church. The Church is not mentioned in the Matthew or Mark passages for they are Jewish in nature. Jacob, unbelieving Israel, will go through this time of trouble.
