I know this is a definite 11th your prayer request, but in about 7 or 8 hours I’m gonna start a new job. This job involves helping people who are homeless (possibly for the first time) and getting them checked to see if they should be in the program.

A lot of families in crisis. A lot of hurting people. A lot of scared parents trying to figure out what is best for their children.

I have not had to deal with this. I know there is no way to prepare unless you’ve been in it, but I just really am praying God will provide that spiritual and emotional maturity to be able to reach those folks. Not just to do my job but do whatever He wants me to do. And obviously not crumble emotionally from it.

"I commend you for undertaking this job role. I pray you understand, this is an area that is plaguing
more and more lives. It is an incomprehensible emotional stress like no other experience. I pray God's
inspiration guides and directs your ability to cope with broken lives, and that you may be hope and
an inspiration to those in need of help. Let us pray God's 'presence' shall be upon your life, for strength
and wisdom."
'Amen'

My sense is, that with the level of emotional security that you already have, and by the grace of God, you will be a rock star in this unique position. As far is being prepared for this task, you will be doing the work that the Heavenly Father has prepared for you to accomplish beforehand. Doing God's work - this is what we do. God has confidence in you and so do I. Go for for it.

I believe sometimes .... when we need growth in certain areas... we face harsh situations and trials which God can use to show us through success or our own mistakes how to handle things better in the future...

You're looking to God and He is with you sis... don't be discouraged by anything that surprises you or feels hard...

(I think you will do great using what God has shown you and when you don't you will grow and learn because you are looking to Him who provides these things)

How awesome and compassionate of you to choose this job. It is ministry as well. I'm so proud of you!
Every job takes some time to get used to it, but I believe that God is going to help you with each challenge.

I think that as you do your best and lean on the Holy Spirit for wisdom and help, you will do great!
Jesus LOVES to use people who are just available for His use. Sounds like that's you!
I will be happy to pray for you.

I am so excited for you and this season of your life. I pray that the Lord be with you and equip you both spirtuatlly, emotionally, and physically for the tasks and relationship building ahead of you. Know that the Lord has placed you in this position and that He has been with you and will be with you. Your request in itself is very mature. Praying for blessings for everyone involved. <3
