It seems 'moderation' is defined differently here.

There are two 'kinds' of Wine in the Scriptures:

one of Blessing
...and the other of Cursing,

one of Life
...and the other of Death,

one of Joy/Happiness/Peace
...and the other of Woe/Sorrow/Strife,

one of FATHER/CHRIST JESUS/HOLY SPIRIT/GOD
...and the other of Babylon/Belial/Serpent/Devil/Satan/Dragon.

Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
(Proverbs 31:8-9)
But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy
(Matthew 9:13)
Remember ye not the former things,
neither consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing;
now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness,
and rivers in the desert.
(Isaiah 48:19)

thank you for confessing that you were wrong to say drinking is always sinful. :)

Amo_2:8 And they lay themselves down upon clothes laid to pledge by every altar, and they drink the wine of the condemned in the house of their god.

How is the faithful city become an harlot!
it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it;
but now murderers.
Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water
(Isaiah 1:22-23)
says here watering down wine is like harlotry  - which is idolatry.
lowering the alcohol content per volume is compared to murder!

do you see now why Jesus turned water into very good wine? why this reveals His righteous glory?

Do you ever get tired of quoting Scripture out of context?

Baseless accusation, founded upon no evidence.

This is for you:

Mic_2:11 If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.

You still have 'beer goggles' on, and see alcohol, alcohol everywhere. The 'wine' there is the pure blood of the grape (Christ's pure life) mixed with 'water' (ways of men), and thus diluted the pure gospel, weakened it, even as is done by those who teach alcohol drinking is sanctified by the word of God, when it is not.

Isa 1:8 And the daughter of Zion is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.
Isa 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

Notice, the context, speaks of the 'good of the land', which when later in the next few verses speaks of the 'wine' (juice of the grape), it is speaking of that which is from the harvest and winepresses, and that which is the 'good of the land', even from the 'vineyard'. It is not speaking of alcohol at all which is from distillation, and from machination.

2Co 2:17 For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

Yes, I am rather behind my norm, that is for certain. Thank you for pointing it out. I will see what more time management I may do to rectify that unto my regular amount. I take the scriptures seriously, not haphazardly as do some here.

I'll add to it: he's given and received more "Disagree" icons than anything else. I wonder why he stays since he's so disagreeable. ;)

If I did not stay so long, with such warnings, pleadings, evidences, I will be responsible for your death. I would have your blood upon me.
