FYI, this is a discussion forum oriented towards single Christians, not a dating forum per se. It's okay to be looking for someone, but the forum is open to anyone, and overt invitations to chat privately are generally viewed with suspicion.

What’s this misconception that girls are mystic creatures? I can’t even think of a more non mystic person than myself or any other lady I know of. Lol.😁

Not so new age! Mystic is someone who seeks absolute truth beyond their own or mankind's intellect. Since mankind's intellect is most of the time in direct contradiction to the imperical truth of scripture, it takes someone who is totally immersed in faith to surrender themselves to the deity of God - the Only God, the God of Israel. In effect, we're all mystics if we believe in Scripture. I believe in the total and complete historical relevance of the OT, for instance. I don't think it's poetic language, I don't think it's literature, I think it's an histoical account. That's contrary to the science of evolution and earth aging. Sooo, Ziiii - welcome and stick to your guns!

welcome to cc! a good way for others to get to know you and you them is by commenting in threads. there are a lot of great people here, so i'm sure you'll make friends! keep in mind members are from all parts of the world with different backgrounds/culture/point-of-views/etc. we don't agree on everything, but we have the Holy Spirit to guide us. for the singles section, there may be a few married folk who join in threads because... this place is probably the coolest section in the forum. sho nuff!

There is certainly a mystical side to the Lord, but of course wisdom and caution should be exercised as there is most certainly a danger in getting too esoteric and falling into "alternate" spiritual experiences.

As far as getting into conversation, I can't really help ya there as I have little idea how to initiate such that doesn't come across as too random on the internet. Frustrating really, but maybe the Lord will let me know how soon :)
