I see so many things said on here and, like you, and I pick who and what I respond to, where and when I respond, and, how the careful, unprideful chosen words (from God) leave my lips in esposo to threads and posts. So, that said, let's all now put a little Love (God's love working through us) in our fellow brothers and sisters lives that have said something 'responsive' . The Lord leads.

Nuked, you mentioned that after Easter weekend you are moving 600 miles away from where you live now....May you have a blessed knowledge from our dear God regarding this movement of your life.

Grace, I want to thank you so much for this kind (and overly generous ) compliment. I am about as ornery, stubborn, and difficult as you can get (just ask my parents ), but I sure do appreciate your thoughts!!! I work in customer service and I have to nearly strangle myself to keep from going postal on someone every day... then I read a post like yours and feel completely GUILTY!!! But, I'm trying, and thank you so much for the encouragement. And, I love the sense of wisdom and calm you bring here to CC. I read your posts and think, "Wow, if only I were half as smart as her..."

I have a list, if that's ok.

What I see through my rose-tinted-spectacles:

Green-n-n-n-decent: I like the way you 'chew' up words and names...that you write outside of expected order so that I sometimes have to re-reread what you write before it clicks...it makes me think.

Hommer: You get it. So many strive for so much in this life and often miss the truly important. You get that it is awesome to step back and witness God's handiwork unfold before you.

Jullianna: Fire. Fire in the hair. Fire in the thoughts. Fire in the passions. Fire on the business end of a nightstick. Never stop burning.

Seoul: You tell your story in 43 paragraphs and by the end I've been there with you. I read your details and get a glimpse into your head. You change people by what you write...probably because you're an open book. People identify with what you write. You are a worldchanger.

NodTheBuckStopsHere: Okay, I'm partial to your sarcasm, obviously, but beyond that, you know when to say when. There'll be politically correct sunshine and roses flying all around a thread and you come in with your "hold the phone, time for some truth" wisdom. Often you say more in one sentence than everyone else has said in 38 replies.

Liamson: Curveball. We're truckin' right along, then out of the blue comes a 'Huh?' moment... Wonderfully surprising.

Zero: I agree with Jullianna's assessment of you defending the underdog...wading right in to help where you can...and of course because you're a fellow motorhead. Not sure which is more important...it must be the car thing. That has to be more important, right?

Grace: The voice of reason. Many's the time I would have hijacked the thread to spout some nonsense but refrained because of your totally spot-on post immediately above...somehow it makes my totally inappropriate and childish responses even more inappropriate and childish when placed after your wisdom.

Thimsrebma: Tender strength. You are wonderfully compassionate, yet weight-of-the-world-on-your-shoulders strong. You've got one of the toughest jobs that exist, as far as I'm concerned...and you excel in life. You seem to know when to hold back and when to move forward.

NUKED, I'm glad again I can pick up your scent as you I know are busy getting ready for a new trail from God. And, uh, YEAH, You're sooo right , some girls (not many) want you to move far away from them as the crow can fly, but, hey, that's true of everyone as we're not going g to be liked by everyone no matter how hard we try. Only God will like us, rather, love us, no matter what we do. God loves the worstest sinners, too! Non-believers too, God wants NONE to perish, not even blasphemous does He want to die. No one! Yes, yes, YES, only His love is unfailing. I say this statement often: God is the only ONE who will NEVER let you down, followed up with 'forsake' verse in Hebrews 13:5 .

Here's something for you, Nuked and Nods and Seoulsearchin' and Homer, and, Liaison, and, julienne, and, Zero, and stillwatered and grace and whoever else that wants to read this: I sometimes have an 'aha' moment where I see where a girl is with a whole bunch of us guys and others are higher in work stature, looks, than me, but the girl, out of 10 girls, 10 guys likes only .... me. And you might think their is flirting and chemistry with others in our group eating out at RedRobin after a singles night. Nope, just me. Just saying here to be yourself, nuked, and the right girl, who is right reckon (I afixed a southern couple words for Nods just then thar i) to change your world will show up. The Lord leads, we just have to be fixin to follow when THAT kind of PERFECT situation appears God bless your new beginning , remember, too, and, this goes for us all , God's mercies are new every morning. I pray you are following His lead with this (big?) change in your life.

Big or little, great or small, as Oswald Chambers said in a devotion I read one time: Do everything for to bring glory to God. This life is temporal, but we live eternal, and, there's a big (not little) difference in those two words, an INFINITE difference ! God is so good, as the children's song goes, but He is also so great, as in not, great looking or ?? in a minor adjective sense but so GREAT in a Michael W. Smith song sense.... That's the God we want to give ALL our glory, makes sense doesn't't it?? Doing our life this Love way will bring no SMALL change in our life. So , five cents, please

Kim: (SeoulSearch): Already mentioned you....but your worth mentioning again! You have much you do not see about yourself that I do see! When a silversmith is working on refining silver...he has to keep it in the fire and turning it and watching it constantly so he does not ruin it. If you ask a silversmith how he knows the silver has been burned of its impurities and done in the fire, he will respond by saying, "it is done when I can see my reflection in it." (this is not to say I think you are full of impurities....it is to say...that thank God He is not done with any of us yet!! He never will be. Amen!) I love your heart Kim....you truly are a kind and giving person.

Liamson: I do not know you well.....but I have to agree with some of the above posts. You have a way with words. Your very insightful, but at the same time I see you as someone who is willing to learn from others as well. Its a pleasure reading your posts.

There was one thread in particular that you just went off on...and I seriously wanted to high-five you and then go out for coffee with you so we could talk about it some more face to face!! You are not ashamed of who you are! You are not ashamed to share who you are and back it up no matter what others think! (as I said before above...I do the same...but only after putting it in a nice little package ) I *envy* (for lack of a much better word of course) the ability to speak truth in such a raw form and not have people get mad at you for it. Definitely a skill I am lacking. (also, I can't sort out your screen name...I know part of it is your name spelled backwards...but what is the rest????? I'm stumped!) lol

I am sure there are more...but these are some that have taken the time with me, so I wanted to take the time for them. )

Thanks kindly, gracey, words to live by for everyone who listened , certainly, what I gather from all this is that many of you posting on this thread know each other at an almost what I would call an intimate 'chat' level. And....that's AWESOME !
I used to be a quité regular contributor to the 'Lounge' chat room and haven't been on lately, which I'd more than anything else because of my current set-up (No laptop, only a MyTouch 4G phone incapable of chatrooming with). So I've pretty much solely done the Christian Singles thread and post stuff. Thanks for making this forum fun, as I enjoy the wisdom you all speak into my heart and life. The Lord leads.

You guys are the biggest dorks ever. Sometimes we need people to tell us how they feel about us but this is too mushy. You are making me cry. Seriously. This is so awesomely horrible that a bunch of people I never met before are making me cry.

I think its time we all met. Someone who is responsible needs to organize a time, date and place for a meet up. So that probably would be Grace, Jules, or Souel. The rest of you... eh.... not so much.
