I believe all the same things you do.
This is exactly what Calvinist argu to infiltrate the churches .... although they actually have a different Gospel.

This is the deception that makes Calvinism different than other cults mostly.

You should go back and start again because at some point you bought this line.

Boiled down, their dogma means that there is no need for the bible, no need to witness, no need to do anything because your destiny is sealed....God said man "A" will be saved and man "B thru Z" is outta luck.

They can deny this, but in reality this is exactly what their dogma boils down to.
Somehow, they were in Christ before the foundation of the world, fell out of Christ at the fall and then got back into Christ upon believing the gospel.🤦‍♂️

Well, they really didn’t believe the gospel. I don’t understand how that works.

John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Well this is the Lord Jesus speaking here.

So you can tell Him about His "false" philosophy.

Jesus is drawing all men to Himself :)

The Sacrifice of Christ is sufficient for the whole world. But it is not APPLIED to the whole world. Otherwise everyone is atoned for and Salvation is not necessary.
Jesus’ death covered every sin ever committed by every individual but for one, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit ~ denying Jesus Christ. So what’s the problem?

He probably figures it would be a waste of time.

I don't respond to lots of posts because of this. If you have to understand a few things before you will understand the last thing, then it is a GIANT waste of time to present this to someone who won't or doesn't want to understand the first few things.
I usually don’t respond with capital letters however this a break in that tradition:

HOW IS EXPLAINING SOMETHING IN AN ATTEMPT TO SAVE SOMEONE’S SOUL A WASTE OF TIME?!!! RIDDLE ME THAT, calvin!

Yes, through the preaching of the cross, through believer's living out their faith, through nature itself, through the heavens declaring the glory of God, etc...

I assumed that everyone here is already Christian.

So, in your view, salvation is limited to those who accepts the gift that Jesus offered to mankind

So both sides believed that atonement is limited.

maybe one day some of us will understand exactly what a 'Calvinist is and Why they are different
from others who love their Saviour???

I agree with Scripture that states the obvious.

The knowledge already exists. calvinists think they’re the only ones saved whereas Christians understand we are saved by grace through faith and God’s grace is sufficient.

DusK.
are you saying/believing that Calvinists are like the Mormons and JW's, etc??? that they don't believe that they are 'saved'
through Jesus's sacrifice and Holy Grace???
just asking, because we really don't know for sure, except for the JWs, because they believe that our Saviour is just an angel...???

So seen from this perspective, there is really no need for such antagonism towards people who subscribed to Limited Atonement.

The moment we reject universalism, this implies that all of us believe in some form of Limited Atonement.

The exact form will of course differ between those who subscribe to TULIP and those of us who don't.

Guojing,
please excuse my ignorance, but what is your definition, or the world's definition of a (TULIP)???
not playing with you here, but truly, I, Joanna, don't really know what this means in a true
Christian's world who feels that they are living their life for their Saviour???

No man CAN come to me unless he is drawn by the Father.

What did the Lord mean by this?
What did He mean by this?

Do you notice how Calvinism will use one word to their advantage in one verse but then deny that same word in a different verse?

In this verse God is dragging people to Himself.... irresistible grace (effectual call)
No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
(John 6:44)

So what so we do here I wonder
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
John 12:32

So then all men are irresistibly dragged into eternal life, which would make the Calvinist a universalist as well.

It is a well known fact that Calvinism is very poor at context and correct exegesis... so perhaps you should go back to John 6:44 read it context and consider to whom He was speaking at that point in time.
