Luke 19:26-27
'For I say to you, that to everyone who has will be given; and from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. But bring here those enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, and slay [them] before me.'"
You neglected to add Luke 20 16. According to your understanding, christ is saying in luke 19 26 He wants his servants to bring to him his enemies and kill them at his feet. And luke 20 16 says God will come and kill the tenants of the earth b/c they killed his son.

Luke 19 26 is a parable. reminds me of joshua, saying come put your feet on these kings necks, but thats not what he said, nor did he quote any old testament verses there, although he surely could have found a few....If you want to say he was led by the holy spirit to say this, then would he have told Zacchius to return what he had stolen? Or would he not have fell dead at christ feet? Acts 5 3

Luke 20 16 Here he is standing in the midst of those who were saying God/ Holy Spirit led them to kill, burn, take etc. The same spirit they claimed was leading them to kill him, while christ stood. right. in. front of them. He is saying here i am, here is the father, here is the holy spirit, if someone is leading you kill me, then, who is the lord??? In a way, their god did kill them, to twist a truth saying, god led them attack the nations around them, and the nations around them attacked them. Saying God would kill men on earth, because of the actions of one nation doesn't seem likely, and is counter to doctring, maybe there is a greater truth here, having to do with the reason men have wars and men die at all. But if you want to believe men die b/c God is vengeful and christ is saying, i will have my servants kill you if you do not acknowledge my divinity/ kingship/lordship or whatever, then the israelites were right, all along, b/c that is what they did for jehovah, and why, then, was he so mad at them?

Luke 19 26 is a parable.
yes, who does the master in the parable represent, who departs for a time to inherit his kingdom ?

what is recorded in John 19:28-44, immediately after the parable in vv. 11-26? is that a clue?

Christ was convicted by the law, Adam and Eve were convicted by oral law. Traditions both.

Bible say there are three that testify, the father, the word and the holy ghost. From/with these we find peace, and thru these we are a blessing upon the earth. I can find no record within the words of christ only, where blood or violence or any of the works condoned in the old testament or the new testament are attributed to the father, the christ, the holy spirit.

The two i spoke of is men and the enemy of man together.

Not sure what you mean in connection to what you said .. . . where blood or violence or any of the works condoned in the old testament or the new testament are attributed to the father, the Christ, the holy spirit?

Did you mean in respect to the Son of man, Jesus?

Is not Christ the Holy anointing Spirit of God the teacher ? Three can mean the end of the matter as to whatsoever is in view. . The idea of a trinity can be looked at in more than one way. For instance . The three things that make up the very essence of who God is. God is Light. God is Spirit. God is love. Or the Father, Son and or with the Holy Spirit of God. .

But the witness of God seems to be two by two. Two enter the ark as the witness of one God. The father not seen working with the Son seen. Calling it mixing faith . the things of men seen with the unseen will of faith.

The perfect law of God two laws mixed a one complete. The letter "death" mixed with the law of faith new spirit life. . The law and the prophets . Moses which represents the letter of the law that kills death and Elias the unseen power shown being worked out in the prophets or apostles as those sent with the prophecy the word of God.

They would seem to represent the two that are killed in Revelation . to the law and the prophets or the law with the witness of the prophets is used that way in serval parables . Two or three can be used .

Thanks.. I take no offense . Some things you said I agree with other things you said forgive me were not true at all. They come from a personal believe. Putting the righteous with the wicked .. is unwise. Right there.. that alone can take so many different roads. We tend to judge what is ''righteous". So all the things we don't like don't agree with are duh not of God! Praise GOD this is not how it works. Leaving out that fact we can't see the heart...

So please share the real truth.

Wow are you a straight up gnostic? Yikes. Do you think the copious amounts of quotes from Deuteronomy, Numbers, and Exodus Jesus sprinkled into His speeches were meant to somehow distance the Father from YHVH and stories of judgment like the flood or the judgment of Egypt?

The conquest was not the reason God got angry with the Israelites, in fact He cursed the last generation for not carrying out the conquest themselves. God's anger at the Israelite's was about their treatment of the poor and turning to idols like Molech who caused them to sacrifice their children not the conquest and other instances where Israel acted as an arm of judgment.

In Victoria right now which is in lockdown, one cannot travel mkre than like 5 K (3.1 miles) from their home unless absolutely necessary (like those being allowed to work, doctors app. etc.) and if you have a grocery store in your area and get caught in a different store out of your area it is like a $5000 fine or something and or possible jail)
These restrictions and the rest of the post makes me think of ........ China!

Interestingly, AU is sixth in the world for approaching being fully cashless ... this will be big impetus for sure.

Man is born of God. God is not born. He remains supernatural without nature a beginning or without end of Spirit life. He is Eternal Spirit

You could say what was born was the propmised demonstration of the lamb of God slain for the sins of the world . . from the beginning the foundation of the world. Promised in Isaiah 53. The demonstration is over. We walk by faith not by sight.

You could say that, but it would be apparent that you are trying to avoid dealing with the divinity of Jesus, as is clearly taught in Scripture.

It's laughable that you, without even a high-school education, think you understand Scripture better than a scholar with decades of experience. If the Holy Spirit were indeed teaching you, it would be possible; however, given your heretical views on other matters, it is clear that you aren't learning from the Holy Spirit either.
Your Holy Spirit? I'm good at understanding you ;)

Its only funny when two are laughing and if you grin. . you're in . . up to your neck brother . LOL

I think I have the understanding in a hope of two walking together as one. The kind that comes from having a desire given to obey the commandment to study, rightly dividing the prophecy as parables, the mysteries of God .Seeking the approval of our one teacher in heaven.

I respect and honor scholars but do not seek their approval .Suggestions are welcome.

Remember Saul in Acts 22 before his conversion had all the scholarly things needed to murder Christians .

And not that I would place myself in the place of Jesus ,His age and lack of ten years scholarship did not prevent the father from working in the Son of man. the scholars were amazed.

Again all parables teach us how to walk our understand God by the unseen things, the hearing of faith. His working in us .
No mixing of faith, no gospel understanding from the parables.

Luke 9 witnesses to the law of faith. Jesus again in a series of parables teaching the disciple what it means to walk by faith. He would give the parables and hide the gospel understanding. Not understanding they would wonder not having the confidence of truth or error, doubting.

While still in wonderment confusion .Jesus spoke another and hid the understanding of faith . this time in their confusion all of a sudden Jesus disappeared standing 6 feet from them and they played who is the greatest alfa dog.

They must of thought Jesus went off the deep end as he hid himself from then in plain sight. After the last attempt to help them walk by the manner of faith he declared to them. . they knew not what manner of spirit they were of .You could say blinded by the unseen understanding of faith it set them of wondering doubting to show the power of the gospel .We must be careful how we hear or say we hear what the Spirit informs us

Luke9: 41-45 And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither. And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father. And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did, he said unto his disciples, Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men. But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying. Then there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be greatest.

Again just as if Jesus (the seemly confused one) was not standing right there .

In the end..

Luke9: 55 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.

A lesson in faith, the understanding of parables. . like most Christian hearing lessons.

The Antichrist has been given ONLY 42 MONTHS to rule the world. That proves that the pope is not the Antichrist.

And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. (Rev 13:5)

42 months = 1260 days = 3 1/2 years = time (1 yr) + times (2 yrs) +half a time (6 months). This is the first half of a seven-year period called Daniel's 70th Week.
I have seen many people spiritualize the 42 months to mean the entire church age or a "1260 years" or something like that. Year for a day principle is atleast Biblical, but if that is used its usually mentioned like in the 70 weeks of Daniel.

I think it was an amillennialist blog that I was reading. It was fascinating how he just asserted it without any proof whatsoever from the biblical text.
