Compare to When Paul wrote a letter to the Christian church of Corinth.

1 cor 5

5 It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that even pagans do not tolerate: A man is sleeping with his father’s wife. 2 And you are proud! Shouldn’t you rather have gone into mourning and have put out of your fellowship the man who has been doing this? 3 For my part, even

though I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit. As one who is present with you in this way, I have already passed judgment in the name of our Lord Jesus on the one who
Difference is the Corinthians had already received the word and their souls were already saved.

And they will be scattered again before the coming of the Lord.
So you believe there will be no more nation of Israel before second coming?

Where is the verse that tell that?

You are quite confused. Since James fully understood the Gospel as well as the fact that Gentiles were also a part of the Church (see Acts 15) he would not have been excluding Gentiles as you suggest, or promoting the false idea that Gentiles must become Jews in order to be saved.

James also knew that the majority of churches where the believing Jews were present would also have Gentile Christians. But his focus was on Hebrew Christians.
Ok, by this statement, the address to the twelve tribes would be counterproductive since there is no Jew or gentile in the body of Christ. There is no such distinction in Christ.

So you believe James wrote to Christian Jews or non Christian Jews?
I believed He wrote to all ethnic Jews scattered outside Jerusalem. They call each other brother, no matter whether they believe in Jesus or not.

Thus shall ye say every man to his companion, and every man to his brother, What hath Jehovah answered? and what hath Jehovah spoken? (Jeremiah 23:35).

When you claim that James "fully understood the Gospel", are you claiming he knew and understood all the mystery revelations that the ascended Christ revealed to Paul (Ephesians 3:9)?

Btw, James was written before the events of Acts 15.

So,you believe Paul wrote to Christian church but not James?

James 2

1.My brothers and sisters, believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ must not show favoritism. 2 Suppose a man comes into your meeting

Our Lord Jesus.

If James wrote to non Christian why he say

OUR LORD JESUS

Our mean you and me

Did non Christian Jews call Jesus our Lord?

There were always Jews who don't believe in Jesus as their Messiah.

But even then, supposed you were correct, that James is only writing to Jews who believe, he is still not writing to the Body of Christ correct? The Body of Christ was unknown to him, until Paul revealed that mystery.

Let’s quote the scripture:

1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.

In the last days, Jesus will become real to the Jews. The remnant will turn to the Lord.

So you believe James wrote to the future Christian Jews?

Most Jews in Israel now aren't Christian.

So you believe those people that James wrote to are not exist yet

The only problem with this is James was written before Paul’s epistles.

that is not a problem

do you think that no one was saved until Paul? what nonsense to think that if Paul wrote his letter after James, we cannot compare them or understand better what they are saying

There is ONE Holy Spirit and He does not contradict Himself. there is no problem other than the one with you trying to state we should just ignore James and who knows what else

the Bible states the opposite

what nation was declared a nation in one day? which people did God gather from all the corners of the earth back to that nation?

hint: check in Deuteronomy, Psalms, Isaiah Ezekiel. you have missed quite a bit

If I may butt in, the letter of James was written to "the twelve tribes scattered abroad". There were many people named James in that day, but the one mentioned in scripture was the brother of Christ who served as the head of the Christian church. That is the James who may have written this letter. It was written to Jewish Christians who were dispersed outside Israel.

This helps with our understanding of this scripture, but also we need to remember it is breathed by the Lord and therefore gives eternal truth.

yet, James calls these same people BELIEVERS in the 2nd chapter as I already pointed out to you

for you to ignore that and continue in error is an indication you refuse to be taught. I am not teaching or trying to teach. it is scripture itself that rebukes you and shows you that you are wrong. you ignore it and continue in error.

here is something we agree on. we agree because it needs no interpretation and is plainly written in chapter 2 of James

James 2:1
2 1 My brothers and sisters, believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ must not show favoritism.

No one was saved by faith alone, apart from works, (Romans 4:5), until Paul.

That was why James taught that faith required works, for salvation, in his chapter 2.

I did say to ignore that post on page 1 and it becomes obvious why. for those who can read and comprehend we see that James was writing to other believers

not a future event and not to unsaved Jews. some people enjoy believing they have special knowledge which contradicts the Bible and they will be happy to entertain themselves posting it as long as you respond.
