Jesus and Paul -two different gospels?

The answer is no. Within the full message of the Gospel Good news:

Jesus provided much on the good news. Paul did not change the message he amplified it.

Galatians 1:6-9

Only One Gospel

6I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel,

7which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ.

8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.

9 As we have said before, so now I say again,

if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.

Paul very clearly states there is only one Gospel.
From scripture how would you know if someone was preaching a different Gospel from the one Paul preached to them in Galations . ?

If you were to look for a verse that says what the Gospel is where would we find it ?.⁰
The most seven perfect verses in the entire Bible . . . Colossians 2:9-15. That's the Gospel (any translation will do).

Colossians 2:9-15 NKJV - "For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. 11 In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, 12 buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with [Him] through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, 14 having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. 15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it."

No i meant which verse actually says what the Gospel is . There is no mention of the word ' Gospel in the verse you quoted . Col 2 doesn't say that its the Gospel..The word ' Gospel is not in it .

Rom 1
16¶For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

17For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

" oh wow what is this Gospel that is the power of God unto salvation , please tell me "

" Oh well you know ,it all started with Adam ,and we see the covenant God made with such and such and the thread of the blah blah and you know essentially it involves the kingdom and you know you have to be able to see it ,and you know no one can come to the Father unless blah ,blah ..and you know the whole Bible is essentially the Gospel. Just one big Gospel from Genesis to Revelation its all the same Gospel really . Yes i see every verse being the gospel . But watch out for that other Gospel that some may come and preach which doesn't include the entire bible and the way we say the gospel is without any definition or justification ,but of course you wouldn't be able to tell if they did preach another Gospel, because we don't have a verse that says what the Gospel actually is "

" Erm thanks, are you sure thats the Power of God unto salvation ?"

OK, now your little inquisition. What next? First the heresy nonsense, now the Francisco Jiménez de Cisneros treatment. Perhaps you will band your people together with pitchforks and torches for the burning at the stake, or maybe even an a hanging. Is this your joy?
i just want to point out that i don't know anyone else who brings up the the name of Francisco Jiménes de Cisneros in random conversation, and i love JaumeJ, my elder brother :)

How do you know that's the Gospel?
Because I read the Bible and found that the entire book revolves around Colossians 2:9-15. I studied the Word of God for thousands of hours and have made that simple conclusion.

Peter even rebuked Jesus for telling them he had to die, so he could not be preaching " the same Gospel from the begining"
Peter?

i think you mean Satan, savoring the things of the world.

when i bring you a present it does not become a 'different gift' the moment you unwrap it.

it's the same gift it's always been. you just didn't know what i had kept hidden in the wrappings, until they were removed

on that day all my little double-entendres become clear. i knew all along; you only recently found out.

You mean to say all of us are given the same good news that we shall have descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky (Genesis 15:5)?
who are the children of Abraham?

what saith the scripture

same gospel, if your eyes are open to see Jesus in Genesis. entirely different if they are closed

Noah also received "a gospel" in Genesis 9:11. ;)
the gospel. God is Salvation

and Abel was a prophet ((Luke 11:50-51)) -- what did he prophesy? it's in Genesis 4. find it. Acts 10:43 is a hint -- all prophets testify of Christ.

I thought Acts was written by Luke so I wasn't even considering that one.

Luke wasn't an apostle, but history & tradition suggests he accompanied Peter often, so it's thought that Luke's information about the gospel came largely from Peter. so in a sense, the gospel of Luke is 'Peter's gospel'

It had to be revealed to Paul by the Lord himself because no man was preaching it at the time.
lol, i think what you mean to say is that no Christian was voluntarily saying much to Saul of Tarsus. they didn't even trust him after his conversion and people they trusted vouched for him. it took a while.

Where does it say that? And was that what they were preaching in Luke 9.6?
Nowhere in the Bible, as you know, does it say what I have said above.

Yes, the disciples were certainly preaching Circumcision of the Heart, for to be lifted of the Curse is the answer to Salvation, and only Christ can lift it.

Romans 2:28-29 NKJV - "For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God."

But its one thing for Jesus to tell them what was about to happen and another as to what Gospel THEY were preaching .
Notice here .
no, m8. it's the same. the One on the throne of the Kingdom of God is the Risen Lamb. Agnus Dei.
so when they say 'the Kingdom of Heaven is here! repent!' they are preaching the Messiah. He is Salvation from God. when Moses comes and tells the people God is going to save them from Egypt, Moses is preaching Salvation from God. they didn't know He would appear as a pillar of fire. they didn't know He would part the sea. they didn't know He would give them manna or quail or that He would eventually only let their children enter the land, because from the beginning they didn't believe and called Him a murderer. they didn't know they would be given a law of ministration of death befitting their faithlessness. just because they don't at that moment comprehend every detail of the ascension to the throne and the reign of the Messiah doesn't make their announcement that the King is come a 'different gospel'

if i tell you i'm coming to pick you up it's still me coming to pick you up when i'm not in the car you thought i was going to be driving.

you're saying the apostles and Jesus Himself were talking about something else because they had incomplete information. that's simply not a justifiable conclusion. you need a different way to convince me Paul & Christ are contrary to one another than Peter not being omniscient.

I didn't say that. I said that I have studied the Bible for thousands of hours.

Is it your objective to pick an argument? I don't understand what you're attempting to do.
