I am kind of laughing at my nickname Ms or Miss Ruby. It was mentioned once and then stuck lol.

I went looking for something that you might find amusing. This is the best thing I could find. It appears to be a "dance-off"...

Every 'Ruby' song I came across is some kind of love song. One of them (from the 50s/60s but not the one in the video) I listened to growing up.

So - you definitely know how to pick a nick/screen/user name.

Now I was curious if anyone has seen Watership Downs movie.
I read the book as a teenager...I enjoyed it then and now there's a movie.

Was thinking about watching it. My wife is clueless about it all. Doesn't understand the attraction.

Favorite line is "Reading rots the mind" as said by Grandpa... especially funny when I was reading it.

Yeah, I've seen it I was a kid though when I seen it (animated film). (y) I think both you and your wife will enjoy watching together (I've only seen the animation though). (y)

I can't remember if the new one was on Netflix or Amazon prime...I got it saved to my watchlist but haven't seen it yet. Wasn't sure if this version is worth the time or not.

For those who don't know....great story about a community of rabbits and tough times becoming good again.

Excellent portrayal about fears and hopes we all experience.

I saw a trailer for this as a kid and asked to watch it because I loved cartoons at the time. I had no idea what it was about - at the time, I just saw bunnies and thought it would be a kid's show (you know, as in Bugs Bunny.) My parents weren't familiar with it or I'm sure they would have never allowed me to see it.

That movie gave me nightmares for many, many months afterwards, and whenever I hear the title, I can still picture the image of all those trapped, suffocating, dying rabbits, as well as the evil rabbit general, who was missing an eye.

SHUDDER.

I saw a comparison review of both versions on YouTube, and to me, the newer version looks, pardon the pun, watered down -- much less graphic and scary. But I haven't seen the newer one so I can't say for sure.

I was a very imaginative kid who put myself within the stories, so in the scenes of the rabbits desperately trying to escape while slowly succumbing to asphyxiation, in my head, I was right there with them, and I was terrified.

Let us know which version you see and what you think of it.

Years ago, someone called me a square. Is that a good thing or a bad thing. :)
It is usually intended as a peer-pressure technique to shame someone into adding 'vice' into their behavior.

In reality, it just shows that the person who called you a 'square' cannot deal with the fact that you are content not to be 'bad'...

(And, of course, they feel guilty out of conviction.)

I know you have no-doubt heard this song...?

Ooh they look good zero o_O:D.. well I'll have one without chocolate (chocolate makes me really ill :( )
May I ask, what component in chocolate makes you sick?

I had a friend who always said she was allergic to chocolate, but wasn't sure why, so I was just curious. 🤓
