Firstly the law does not give you eternal life only God does, so please lets not hear from law pushers, who push there law and post and enforce there laws to prove the law does not save you. and then call other people law pushers. so please lets be clear the law does not give you eternal salvation.

Let us talk about the holy laws that help us to overcome being in fear of breaking the law.

Seacondly when we talk about the law it should be understoood that breaking the law is something we should not do. Most christians will say that blasphemy of the holy spirit will not be forgiven.

The law says to do not blas-pheme the holy spirit. I think from this it is clear that we should obey the law,

Seeing that all sin is sin then all law is law wouldnt you think ?. sin means sin and law means law

Breaking any of the laws even one deemed as least, is breaking all of the law.

If people discussing this subject would just learn from what Jesus Yeshua has taught us concerning the la, if people would just study the law lightly, people would come to know that most of the laws of the Torah are already extinct for Jesus has fulfilled them.

Sorry, but people, most, I am afraid will not. We are saved by grace, but even under grace we are expected to behave ourselves as best possible.... This means to obey Jesus Yeshua, not som e hair-brained doctrine concocted by man.

I agree that most laws do in deed originate from the torah. Within the torah there where many passages of people recieving exercution for not obeying the law.
Its clear that God likes his law to be obeyed.
The reality tho that suffering exercution of a physical death in the body is not the same as eternal death for all eternity.
The new testerment says that all sins can be forgiven apart from one, and those who are sentenced to death via exercution still to this day are still given the chance to repent.

The other reality is God saves us and not the law.

The other big reality is God says in his holy law of love that the believer also has to abide in his law and that God doesnt do it all for us. Jesus clearly says that when you give to me you cloth me. some people asked Jesus, what must we do to cloth you lord, and Jesus said what ever you do for the least of my little ones you do for me.
This is clear that people are told there is some things people must do for them selfs so that people walk in union with the lord.
Obeying this holy law is verry respectful to me.

Those are not the "law pushers".

Let us talk about the holy laws that help us to overcome being in fear of breaking the law.
Law can never help you overcome fear of breaking the law. Only love can do that.

Seacondly when we talk about the law it should be understoood that breaking the law is something we should not do. Most christians will say that blasphemy of the holy spirit will not be forgiven.
Let's not confuse things. One can sin without blaspheming the Holy Spirit. When you conflate all sin with blaspheming the Holy Spirit, you step into error and lead people (including yourself) astray.

Bluntly, not everything in the Bible is "law". You use the term far too much, indicating that you really don't have a firm grasp on the message of Scripture.

As for "respecting the law" as the thread title says, No; I respect the Lord who gave the law. Without the Lord, the law is nothing.

I wasnt the first person to use the term law pushers here firstly i was called a law pusher. then i had the law pushed at me.

what a bout the holy laws of love

No lets me be clear i would not want to lead people astray, and all sin conflating to blaspheming the holy spirit again is your quote not mine. thats your error not mine.
Bluntly, not everything in the Bible is "law". You use the term far too much, indicating that you really don't have a firm grasp on the message of Scripture.
Bluntly there is 1050 cmmandments of the law in the new testerment. and bluntly i dont use the term law to much the bible does

bluntly if all your other false accusations of me are right does this one mean your completey right here ?.

Personaly and this is just my opinion if you respect Jesus you also respect his law. i think you have this back to front. your right that without Jesus the law is nothing. but you just flipped his word bi saying you dont respect the law you respect Jesus.

This again is just my opinion the law is holy because Jesus tell us so.

You focus far too much on "law". Our relationship with God through Jesus Christ is not based on "law".

I made no error. Re-read what I wrote... carefully.

The Bible uses the term "law" too much? You'd do well to rethink that.

bluntly if all your other false accusations of me are right does this one mean your completey right here ?.
Silly fallacious comment. Acting like a hyper-offended tween won't earn any respect from me.

You aren't demonstrating sound reasoning. Re-read what I wrote, carefully.

when you say most of the laws are extinct do you have a full list of the ones that are ? because if your saying most laws are extinct then i feal you should have a list to say that.

The way that i see it that most laws are a branch of the 12 commandments, which we both know are not extinct,

Are realationship with God is phocused on the holy law of love. Jesus said the greatest law i give to you is that you love each other.

How many times have you told me my spelling is atrocious ?.
sound like you like making people look bad to me.

The Bible uses the term "law" too much? You'd do well to rethink that.
Did i say the bible uses the term law to much, oh sorry about that, what i should have said the bible repeats the holy laws alot which i like. hope that corrects this.
Silly fallacious comment. Acting like a hyper-offended tween won't earn any respect from me.
I dont know why you think im offended im not. the holy laws teach me how to behave. again this is your assumption. christians should respect other people to, again i would ask that you take your thoughts captive.
You aren't demonstrating sound reasoning. Re-read what I wrote, carefully.
again this is another you you you asumption. i like to take my thought captive, seek god for an answer befor i speak. again this is one of Gods holy laws that where asked to do. and i respect that law

And? We still aren't under it.

Personaly and this is just my opinion if you respect Jesus you also respect his law.

“For the law was given by Moses,

but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:13‬ ‭

The law and the prophets were until John:

since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭16:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

what we need to respect is the kingdom of God that Jesus began to preach , that is his law , you have it confused with Moses law.

look into the kingdom of God that Jesus began to preach when he received the Holy Spirit , and you will hear this part of the law being fulfilled

“For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.

Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭3:22-24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Christ is the fulfillment of Moses law , it’s pinnacle and conclusion was when God sent his Son to speak his word. That’s why you have Jesus correcting Moses law

“Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

( that’s 2 direct quotes from
Moses law )

But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: ..
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:21-22‬ ‭KJV‬

what you are missing is a transition that was always foretold always talked about always coming , and it came when the messiah came and accomplished fulfillment.

all the law and prophets were leading the people to be prepared for the messiah when he came , to open thier ears to the messiah when he came

“Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55:3‬ ‭

do you notice he’s promising that in the future he will Make everlasting covenant ?

This is hundreds of years after Moses law and the covenant of Sinai God was always promising a new covenant law , new covenant blood , a new promised land , a new spirit , a new priesthood

if you want to respect the law of Moses hear what it’s saying about Jesus

Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust.

For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:39-40, 45-47‬ ‭

“I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭18:18-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

look for everything Moses said that was going to someday be fulfilled and you will hear a witness of Jesus Christ to come and Moses giving him full authority over his own words in the law

A very slight study with Yeshua Jesus and His teaching and actions should tell all to all.

Here is how it may be accomplished however it is not the only manner.

There are no more laws for the Levitical priesthood for we are all made priests to the Most High God by the Blood of His Lamb.

There are no longer sacrificial laws for Yeshua Jesus is the only Sacrifice for sin, the Lamb of God.
Jesus Yeshua, in His teaching made all foods clean, no more dietary laws.

We are living Stones of the Temple and Jesus Yeshua is the Chief and the Cornerstone rejected of men and taken to Heaven
Before He returns there shal not be one stone left upon the other, and He will rebuild the Temple, ergo the laws of the Temple no longer apply in this age.

This is just some of the laws eliminated by having been fulfilled by the mere Presence of our Lord and Savior.

I am certain others are also, but the ones that remain are all the laws that fit into the Two Great Laws of Love, God is Love.

Now I could go on and on and on, but I have been doing this for over a decade here, and I believe some are getting tired of my sharing.

Now you come and show me the ones that remain.

It is the Holy Spirit Who inscribes it upon our hears so the details are not so important but the details are a great blessing in supporting the love that is contained in obeying God.

All of the New Testament is in the Old. I refer only to the two books named by man,.

The Cross is in the Psalmes and Jesus Yeshua is throughout the law, the Prophets and the Writings. How else can anyone explain that learning from the writings of the Old Testament for over two hundred years wa s sufficient for the first believers of Jesus Yeshua?

Do not get tired brother. i will mull your post over and talk to you tomorrow. youve made some intresting points to me. we do have some topics of intertrest here such as living stones and the levi priests. I discovered some amazing knowledge studying the living stone scripture from peter and insight, which relates to the levi priests and training the eyes of the heart, never get tired brother we can talk another time. I have to go now it will take me time to recall all the scripture to make you see an absolute gem of scripture that will help you to understand on how to train the eyes of the heart and why its so important. its related to the ark the oracle the holy grail the veil and much more.

Um it wasn’t sufficient that’s why Jesus was sent to die because the law wasn’t sufficient to save anyone or make anyone right before God

“Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

( you are not accounting that faith came )

But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:21-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the law isn’t made of faith it can’t give faith it was for a time when man had no faith but was always meant to lose its authority when faith came in Christ and the New Testament

“But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:11-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

if the Old Testament was sufficient for anyone christ suffered and died in vein and without reason.

“I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭2:21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the Old Testament isn’t the same as the new one is about the flesh which is condemned the other is about the spirit which can be saved . One can not save one can. One is not of faith , one is . One is a curse one a blessing

“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:13-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

it’s relatively obvious how different Moses doctrine is from Jesus above all moses never promised life after death , Moses never spoke of the kingdom of God in the new world , Moses never mentioned the new creation or new people to be created by the gospel , Moses never promised a soul they would receive the Holy Spirit. Moses never taught the things Jesus did it was a prep for salvstion not salvetion itself

it was meant for a time until Jesus came and now when Christians insist the law of Moses is thier doctrine it has become a subversion to the soul being saved and an in needed yoke around thier neck

If it’s the same and they are both in each other why did the apostles insist the law of Moses isn’t Christ on doctrine when thy issue arose ?

“Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭15:24, 28-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Not only is the law a sun version to a Christian soul , we are warned against it in Christ many more exist but this one is very stark

“Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.

For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.

Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:2-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Christ didn’t come to help us obey Moses , I know many think that but it’s not thy case

No; you made oblique accusations directed at nobody in particular. It's somewhat like using a shotgun. You may hit your target, but you'll hit a lot of other things too.

there seems to be a lot of you you you going on here, are you taking your thoughts captive, because this is how the enemy speaks. im just advising you that you may be getting unclean thoughts planted.
