Your experience on this wider issue is the same as mine. I have basically all the same stories you have here, more or less.
In...teresting. This is a thing in societies, not just in her particular church.

Sculpt I would be interested in knowing the general area you live in. Not the city, just the general area of the country. I'm curious because this is going directly AGAINST what I would expect.

See, I'm in west Tennessee. I would expect people HERE to go harder on women than men in matters of sex outside marriage. I know where seoulsearch grew up, and I would expect people to go easier on women in this matter THERE than HERE. But apparently the opposite is true.

So now I'm puzzled...

Just a headsup in a christian forum, claiming that Gods laws involve racial profiling and racial segregation, is not very nice. Another headsup, whites are a racial minority among christians. There are more latinos and black christians. And FYI, I am not member of a church, am white, but the ministries I listen to are black, and the denomination I identify with is of a different race than I am, so God is not racist. Quite the opposie of the scripture and how christianity works in practice. God and true christians do not differ between races, and we are told to only see the colour of the heart so to speak. No need to inject political manufactured racism into religion, for any reason other to divide. Deny that you posted that you "had heard" that conservative christians meant racism when talking about natural laws. Preserve your burned down strawman. Find a poll and prove how many conservative christians believe that God tells them to segregate on racial lines. Otherwise your hearsay has no relevance, and it is a false generalization. Not my game, but this is how the left tend to reply. Can you provide a source for conservative christians tend to think that God tells them to be racist? I will make it easy for you, if you find a large minority thinking that way globally, like say 30%, it is an issue in the christian community, and I will agree. Then we do the scientific thing, and break down which denomination and geographic areas that think like that. And we can talk about that in a thread you make, about people not including me. Please do not infer racism on me again. The word has become meaningless, by so many false accusation of it.
I have found that the best way of dealing with people who have your mindset is to just let them keep talking.

You're going to stick to your guns and see what you want to see, and I get that.

Perhaps some people will side with you, and as I've already said, anyone who sees me as having accused you of being a racist is welcome to report me, including you.

And this will be the only time I will waste on the matter, to invite you and anyone else who sees me as calling both you and God a racist to please report it, and let the mods deal with it from there.

This is also the approach I will take in future threads, as I'm sure you will show up there as well.

"God, everyone talks about the difference between men's and women's sex drives and how men are so visual... But what did you create a man's sex drive to be, and in what ways did you expect both men and women to control it? Did you really intend for women to be the moral backup for both people within a couple?"
Hmm, this starts a train of thought.

I don't know how a woman's brain works, but I know a man's logical brain is very good at finding excuses to do what he wants to do. If I let myself, I can rationalize just about anything I want to do but know I shouldn't do.

(That's why it helps me so much to understand WHY I should and should not do some things. I wanna (or don't wanna) and I could be really good at finding reasons to do or avoid them. If I understand why, it's easier to use my innate logic to keep myself on the rails.)

Maybe women really are designed to be the emotional backup for men. Or maybe not. But it's something worth thinking about.

Yet another heads up, you're still full of it. And NOW you are worth reporting.

At the risk of derailing my own thread (which I'm kind of prone to do ,) I have to admit that I have always had a natural draw to men who are both traditionally masculine, along with being very nurturing.

My first boyfriend grew up with a mother who did a lot of volunteer work with the victims of domestic abuse, so I think that's where he picked up such a strong sense of wanting to take care of others.

He was all man though, as he became both a career EMT and a volunteer firefighter. He just loved the rush of combining emergency situations with taking care of people.

I am utterly fascinated by guys who seem to have a certain dichotomy... The collaboration of allowing both logic and emotion to collide.

Obviously. I have my faith, I can decipher sentences, I know what blasphemy is. Not going to lie to God to let you off the hook. Few people will side with me, small denomination, and it is only orthodox people and some good christian churchpeople who will agree. Most christians want to virtuesignal and be liked instead of doling out truths. People like to have it convenient. Not giving up my faith for a fake "peace". Just tell you we disagree, and if you want a conflict you are not getting one. And tell you to please not call Gods laws for racist, unless you provide eveidence in scripture.

I do not report. So no need to play martyr on that. Free speech absolutist. Type what you want about me, it is fine, but please refrain from blaspheming. I do not think it is christian to report on different views on scripture, and God never advocated to censor the devil, so why would we report blaspheming? If we report the children of the lie, we make our test hidden, and cannot endure and pass it, which is not a good idea. If we do not take the test, how can we qualify?

She didn't say anything racist. Why are you stuck on that accusation? Give one quote where she said anything racist.

It's kind of interesting because you said that the people who report might not like what I'm saying (and therefore would report it,) and now you are saying that people who DO report are failing the test.

When Eve was made for Adam, the term used to describe her role was ezer kenegdo.

Re: Hebrew ezer kenegdo. In Genesis 2:18, the word "helpmeet" does not occur. The Hebrew expression ezer kenegdo appears, meaning "one who is the same as the other and who surrounds, protects, aids, helps, supports." There is no indication of inferiority or of a secondary position in an hierarchical separation of the male and female "spheres" of responsibility, authority, or social position.

The word ezer is used twice in the Old Testament to refer to the female and 14 times to refer to God.
For example, in the Psalms when David says, "The Lord is my Helper," he uses the word ezer.

I don' think you do! Nothing in SeoulSearch's posts have anywhere near blasphemed God.

You on the other hand? My goodness! You are like Satan himself, so full of false accusations.

And I cannot help but add: while you puff yourself up. Don't forget:

I said that people might report you, not that they would. Christians will most likely not report you. I do not like what you said, but I will not report it. It is between you and God, not between me and you, I just spoke up for God. Try to not paraphrase now more and do strawmanthing, I never said that christians would report you. This is a lie. I said you run a risk of being reported by equating Gods laws to racism, the less thickskinned might report. The leftwing christians might report you.

I like the tests I revel in them. If people want to call me names for being too literal in reading for their liking, so be it. If people want to hate on me for speaking my mind on legal stuff, constitution, or not getting the vaccine, so be it. Do not phase me. And if people want to blaspheme, not my business to stop with other means than giving my view. Up to the nicks in question and God, their test, not mine to interfere in and block. Understand? I think you should pray for forgiveness for uttering that comment about Gods laws having anything to do with racial issues, since you know what that means today. Not good advertisment for God, is it? If God is trying to gather his flock of sheep, this did not aid him in that affort, or aid the sheep. Was it helpful to others? To seek God?

I do want to thank the readers who actually DO understand what I'm trying to say, and even if they don't, they ask for clarification WITHOUT accusing me of being the Antichrist, lol.

The funny thing is, confrontations like this make me take a mental check-up of why I'm still on this site -- because I love starting and reading discussions about topics that other people might want ask, but are afraid to bring up -- and this is why I just won't go away, at least not anytime soon.

When I was a kid, I read in Proverbs to stay away from strange women. I, in my kid mind, took that to mean women who were acting strangely, not the way I now understand it as a warning to avoid women who would lead you astray. I think the bible is fair all the way down the line as to warnings & punishments for fornication. I have no experience with any churches being one-sided as to whom to punish but I have no doubt it has happened.

But now that I think about it, avoiding women who are acting strangely doesn't seem like a bad idea either. :p

Can I ask you directly?

Are you under the influence of any substances when you post?

I'm only asking because you have mentioned this as part of your history -- if you hadn't talked about it publicly, I wouldn't mention it.

I'm just asking because it's helpful when trying to empathize with a poster when you know more about what they are honestly struggling with.

Are you american? Do you agree that in the US just aknowledging differences in statistics based on races, is racism? So how is it not racist if Gods laws told us to racially segregate and not marry those of other ethnicities? Could you keep a public or private job in the west advocating such? The answer is no, so the nick called God racist, and me also, who is the most antiracist person you will ever meet, if you met me now. I do not puff myself up. The mods can review the entire thread and judge for themselves. I have no pride. I also never claimed to be a perfect christian yet, made it clear to you many times that I am not finished, and do not qualify for Heaven yet. I hold standards I do not live up to yet. Work in progress. Hope the judgement of me felt good, I forgive you. I should perhaps stop replying to posts now, there was a flood after I called out the blaspheming. Nothing for a long time, and suddenly over a dousin replies in 1 hour.
