Any sinner can be saved. Even Sodomites (Homosexuals and Lesbians). If they will simply believe the Gospel of The Death, Burial and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, trusting alone in that Finished Work of His, as the only sufficient payment for their sins. I saw Aden Rusfeldt recently tell a group of Sodomites on a campus somewhere, that they could not be saved. Basically he was telling them that there is no hope for them. And then in another video, I heard another preacher in his group, telling Sodomites at a pride event "I would not even share my testimony with you." Well, of course, he wouldn't. Why would he? he doesn't think that they can be saved anyway. Which also brings up another question to my mind, why are they even out there preaching to them? I am mean If God cannot save them, According to their reprobate heresy, well then aren't they wasting their time??? Oh but they will go out there just to call them names and to rail on them.

Well, he, like Steven Anderson, is also wrong. That's Heresy. Once again, this kind of thinking of theirs, comes from that "reprobate doctrine." If Sodomites cannot be saved, then neither can those other sinners be saved in that list of Romans 1 (i.e. backbiters, whisperers, covetous, fornicators, boasters, inventors of evil things, murderers, disobedient to parent's, etc.) The truth is, that whole group of Gentiles mentioned in Romans 1, had been given over to a reprobate mind and not just the Sodomites (Homosexuals and Lesbians). What is a reprobate mind? Simply put, it is a mind that is inverted. Any wicked person that is depraved has a reprobate mind at that present time. Which would explain why their conduct is as wicked as it is. But even a Reprobate can still be saved, if he will repent (change his mind about God and about himself) and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

repentance also means you stop commiting the sins Gods word makes you aware of and Jesus died to pay for . I agree that all sinners can be saved but no one is saved by continuing in sin and saying thier saved because Jesus died and rose.

we have to hear what God said and come to that belief which includes repenting. Homosexuality is a perversion just like any sexual perversion , just as all sin is a perversion of Gods image and likeness we’re meant to be conformed to his image of righteousness and holiness

I agree that anyone can be saved but repentance doesn’t allow us to think our way home we have to come to act right and do away with the sins of the flesh

If homosexuals cannot be saved then how can liars, and thieves, and adulterers, and people involved in sin be saved.

If sin can be forgiven then homosexuality can be forgiven too if they turn away from it not wanting it anymore.

The Bible says all unrighteousness is sin which means from the littlest to the biggest so there is no liars can be saved but homosexuals cannot be saved.

If an atheist can turn to God and be saved then so can a homosexual.

And a person is not born homosexual for then they would have an excuse for their sin, and we have a clean slate when we are born which is why the Bible says that the angels always behold the face of the Father for the little ones.

Of course. That goes without saying. Why is Steven Anderson so important? Never even heard of him.

Because he is one who professes to believe the King James Bible, but when examining his teachings and ministry, there are several areas where he does not believe the actual teaching of the King James Bible. And Since I am a King James Bible believing Christian, I deal harder with those teachers and preachers who do know that the King James Bible is the word of God.

Agreed. I had a friend who was gay but got born again. He sang in a classical choir. He was convicted by Handel's Messiah. Lord Jesus saved some of the least likely, including slave trader John Newton. God's grace far surpasses the understanding of men.

Amen brother! Praise the Lord for His abundant Grace. Indeed, God's Grace and the Grace of His Scripture truly does surpass our understanding. It is absolutely amazing!

It's funny. The KJV is my favorite version of the Bible. The one I commit to memory. I want to be a KJVO, but can't cross that bridge just yet.

Pilgrimshope, Repentance of Sins only comes after Salvation. Not before. Does a Sodomite have to turn from his Sodomy or try to stop being a Sodomite before God will save him? No. A Sodomite just has to believe the Gospel of the Death, Burial and Resurrection and he will be saved. In other words, a Sodomite comes to God just as he is, and he believes the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And God will save him. And so, Repentance of Unbelief comes before Salvation. A Sodomite is to repent of his unbelief and believe the Gospel. And then once that Sodomite is saved, then he can begin to repent of his individual sins, such as Sodomy. Since he now has two natures.

brother Matt, Yes any sinner, including Sodomites and Lesbians can be saved. The only thing to keep in mind and remember is that a Sodomite is not required to turn away from his sin of Sodomy before coming to Christ. Since if he had to turn away from his evil way (Sodomy), then that would be works and not grace. The Sodomite must come under conviction, where he understands that he is a sinner before a holy God. And then once he believes the Gospel and is saved, then he can now turn away from his individual sins, such as Sodomy. For Repentance of unbelief is before Salvation. And Repentance of Sins is to come after Salvation.

I am kjvs -- kjv-superior.

That means that I believe that the kjv is inspired and inerrant and that other versions are inferior to my trusty kjv.

While they can be useful to gain added insight into the meaning of holy scripture.

And he won't for quite some time because our language is so debased.

Repentance away from sin is a prerequisite for salvation (Ezekiel 33:11-20, Luke 13:1-5, 2 Corinthians 7:10).
