^This. Also, some of us are sick of bad boys and start to wonder where all the real men went.

;)
Home Depot. We're all at Home Depot. Or Lowe's.

I would think this is funny if I hadn't seen it played out by my own daughter....she even said to me once that she thinks christian boys are boring. That was a few years ago...I think she's changing.

I've always wondered about girl's level of common sense who think dating bad boys is cool.

......wrong, I've already finished!

As Christian men, it's no good setting out with that attitude. Although your more likely to find a girl, ultimately our desire should be (above that of finding a partner), to be like Christ. So be nice, and be strong in standing up for what you believe in.

And a sense of humour always helps :D

I LoL'd IRL. It's actually really true in a sense... A cute, sweet guy who knows how to fix things... or is attempting to fix them!

I was at Lowe's on Saturday, Liz, but I was in the woodwork and carpet sections and they were mostly looking at grills. :) They were probably all married dads scouting out their Father's Day gifts. :)

If nice guys could get the spine of a bad boy, there would be far less nice guys whining about stuff. :p
I have to ponder over exactly what this would look like because it's hard to picture... I'm thinking, a nice guy with Tourette's Syndrome... ??

I mean... he'd get REALLY angry, but be REALLY NICE about it???

In a restaurant: "JUST ORDER THE BLESSED SALAD AND BE DONE WITH IT, DOGGONE IT!! (I DON'T REALLY MEAN IT.")

At the gas station: "I'VE EARNED 6,000 LOYALTY POINTS, NOW GIVE ME MY BLESSED FREE PACK OF GUM!! (OOPS, DIDN'T TAKE MY MEDICINE.)"

During an important conversation: "WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME? I REALLY DON'T GIVE A RAT'S TAIL WHAT COLOR YOUR DRESS SHOULD BE!! (SORRY!!)"

Hmm. I'm going to have to vote... need so see that one before I'd ever believe it was possible...

I honestly think that most of the guys portraying the 'bad boy image' are putting on a front. Anybody agree? disagree? and why?

OH! I'm all for that!
Well, the George Clooney lookalikes have stopped meeting for the summer, but Gilbert and Lewis are planning a bash at their frat house, if you're interested...

Ummm...actually, some bad boys ARE actually reeeeeeeeeeally bad boys.

But some "bad boys" are actually just rough around the edges and are very tenderhearted, kinda like that Tim McGraw "Real Good Man" song.

Then, some bad boys are rough around the edges, except for that soft spot they have when they're around you, until they start with the hard-core drugs....

Lol, that reminds me of Billy from Dr. Horrible... In an odd sort of way....

Billy: So, how was your weekend? Did you spend it hunting wild signatures?
Penny: Um, actually I went on a date.
Billy: Get right out of town! How was that?
Penny: Unexpected. He's a really good-looking guy, and I thought he was kind of cheesy at first-
Billy: [quietly] Trust your instincts.
Penny: But he turned out to be totally sweet. Sometimes people are layered like that. There's something totally different underneath than what's on the surface.
Billy: And sometimes there's a third... even deeper level... and that one is the same as the top surface one.
Penny: [confused] Huh?
Billy: Like with pie.

That can't be true. HD is one of my favorite stores. I love the smell of lumber. MMMMMMMMMM!

Anyway. I have yet to meet a nice man at the Home Depot. Maybe I am in the wrong department. Should I go to the power tools section?
