Nothing is required but your signature on the dotted line. The Blood is in the inkbottle.

Do not wait until you are perfect to come to Jesus. We must not. It is not until after you come to Jesus that you can experience victory through Him.

Matthew
9:11 And when the Pharisees saw [it], they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
9:12 But when Jesus heard [that], he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
9:13 But go ye and learn what [that] meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

John
10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.

Oyster! Nice to see you. :)

Good word; Jesus is indeed the friend of sinners, and the redeemer of broken lives.

Regarding the ink bottle, I believe that God stores all the tears in a bottle too, a bottle for each and everyone of us.

We have all been given enough to make the correct choice to follow Jesus.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

The gift of the Holy Ghost is to cease from all sin
and becoming perfect as God is in heaven. This is how
you will know if you have it and if anyone else has been given it.
All others are a counterfeit.
This is a lie from the pit of Hell. Only God is perfect. It is Satan who wishes to become as God. Our desire is to worship and praise God. That is what it means to be born again and having His Spirit dwelling within. God sees us as perfect when He views us through the lens of our being washed in the Blood of The Lamb (Jesus). It is only in this sense that He sees us as being perfect and good enough to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.

A beautiful pearl and of great price ... or should it be Pearl of great price.

Jesus wept is my most favorite verse of the bible because, even though he was divine, it also displayed his humanity so that we can relate.
I've heard it's the shortest verse in the bible...but it's packed with God's great love and compassion for his people.
