Well, it is not written that the prophecy about the flood was given when he had his sons. He had his sons 20 years after receiving the message that mankind would die in 120 years.

I admit that the passage in the Bible is not super clear, it is not written with the western modern way of writing literature, and the events are not given in chronological order.

This passage can be rightfully understood as referring to longevity in a loose way, but it is most likely referring to the time before the flood, when God taught all mankind was corrupted, except a tiny number of human beings, that would end up to be just 8 people (Noah's family)

But I do believe that just as sperm had nothing to do with forming Christ, neither did Mary's egg have anything to do with it.
