I am 6'5 and i guess it's convenient most of the time but not so fun having to bend down and reach for leftovers that get pushed way in the back at the bottom of the fridge.

I guess in regards to other aspects to being a man life is pretty straight forward, simple and practical.

It's great. We never worry about what we look like.
We don't even own mirrors.
We don't have to carry 20 lbs of useless stuff we never use in a purse every time we leave the house.
We never cry when someone criticizes us at work, we never feel the need to even talk about it in the middle of the night with our spouse who is sound asleep but needs to wake up and listen to us to prove that they still love us.
We have no problem trying to fit one more thing in the trash can that is over flowing. It doesn't bother us in the least.
We always pull the toilet seat down before we just launch a backwards butt dive on to it without looking. As men we have never done that even once in our lives. We just innately know better than to do such a dumb thing.
We don't have a total neurological breakdown once a month that we get to use as an excuse for acting like a 15 year old drama queen.
We can go years without ever replacing the toilet roll dispenser.
And we never feel the need to share our feelings or what we are thinking.
I will tell you a secret about us men. Most women spend more time asking us about what we are thinking that we do actually thinking. ;)
Is that all? I think you missed a couple woman stereotypes there. You got most of them though.

Meh.

Some guys would consider you to be quite a catch. Back in my early 20's a buddy of mine married a woman who was a bit of a tomboy. When the guys got together to work on someone's truck you could holler, "Hey Susie, grab me a 3/8 drive 3/4 deep socket with a six inch extension and that's what you got. Anyone else's woman would have been staring at you rather blankly as if you had just asked for something in Japanese.
So, I get it, a man would know what you’re talking about?

There was no offense taken, you just gave me the perfect opportunity to pick on you.
I’m glad to hear that.😀

Yet I realize that I worded it poorly and made it sound like it was about physical stuff. I want to know y’all are seeing the world lol.

Yes, this question is a bit difficult to answer because each of us probably has a different perspective. What I see is that there aren't many differences between being a man or a woman aside from the obvious biological differences. It's just that the world, at least in the USA, is often designed more for bigger people. Some countries where the average body size is smaller everything else is built smaller to accommodate that.

My girlfriend has really small hands, greater than 50% smaller than my hands, but she can operate an iPhone mini with one hand. You might consider an iPhone mini if you are little.
Yeah, I have an iPhone mini, but alas, it’s just a little bit too big lol.

Not necessarily. I've met a few in my lifetime that would probably develop a blank stare.

I’ve been pondering something for a while. What’s it like being a man?
Now, I totally get that y’all can find it difficult to answer that question since none of y’all have been women, but I’m really curious about it.

What’s it like being tall, like 6’2” or even taller? Reaching everything without having to use a box or a stool? Or being able to operate your cell phone using only one hand?

This is not a joke. I’m really curious.
Everyone feels differently about it, probably. I think it's great. Being a man is supposed to be a great experienced for a male, and being a woman is supposed to be a great experience for a woman

so why did Shania Twain sing 'Man! I feel like a woman!' ?

Has anyone ever sung the answer to that song 'Woman! I feel like a man!?

Unfortunately for your aspiration, modern colloquial english does not support using "woman!" as an exclamation in the same way we use "man!" If you try it some nearby lady will probably get offended because she will assume you are using the term in an (archaic) derogatory manner, as in "Woman! Stop messing with my newspaper!"

Being 6'2" is nice...
Until you get on an airplane.
Or you want to drive a cool sports car...
Other than that, we're livin' the dream....

My wife is a foot shorter than me, so I do a lot of "fetching" for her. Don't mind a bit.

I had a girl in school who was taller than the teachers, so I put her name is the tallest in school in my records book. If she stood near my height chart, in the library she would be off it.

I did have to lower all the bookshelves for the juniors though when they couldnt reach the picture books, and I mostly have things at floor level because everyone just sits on the floor. Less chairs to mess around with and pack up.

yea the older teachers complain to having to bend down or squat. But you need to when working with children, they are not going to see things at your level, they are still growing.

the tallest girl in school now goes to high school where shes probably fitting in just fine. Her mother is really tall too, but I havent seen her dad. Not sure why ppl have this idea that men have to be tall.

women CAN and do wear pants now, get used to it.

I'm only 5'8, so I'm out. lol Sadly where I work, most of the females are taller than me. About half of them are like 5'11, and other half is my height. So I feel small.

I just think that Women should try to be the best Woman that they can be, and the Men need to try and be the best Man they can be. Wondering about this stuff, doesn't do much good. But then again, maybe it will help your brain to grow in knowledge. Who knows. I sure don't know anything. :p

Some of the kids are taller than me at school
I think when you are bigger or taller, its easier to be bossier, as people look up to you

But otherwise its like in Matilda

as Harry Wormwood says

"Im smart, you're dumb. I'm big, you're little. I'm right, you're wrong. And there is nothing you can do about it"

I think this is where she starts moving stuff round with her mind.

It is nice being 6'2"... and my future wife is a foot shorter than me as well. She wanted a tall man and she found one. :)

I had to look that one up. Turned out to be a standard power fantasy.

Oh come on! Three pages and nobody has said it yet?

*sigh

Fine. If nobody else will say it, I will.

"Uh, what's it like being a man? I dunno. I never did grow up. Ain't gonna grow up neither."
