OP lives in Australia I believe

Australia is pretty amazing too, and vast, with beautiful coast (and kangaroos)
I think OP prefers to be around more people though, there are just a handful of large cities in Australia.

Considering lots of people stowaway to get there and many nzers leave to find more opportunity in aussie (working in mcdonalds you can earn a decent wage!) I dont really understand why someone would want to leave it either.

i dont know if ships go that way you'd have to find out if any call in a port near you. Im sure if you can get to Fiji, there will be ships or boats that go from there to others otherwise you need to charter your own!

One couple in church sold up and bought a sailboat and went round the world, I recall they got stuck in the panama canal though.

Im not one for ocean travel I do get sea sick.
but they would quarantine you if they suspected you were bringing in any new diseases into the countries you are visiting.

However if you on a mercy ship, that wouldnt be a problem because all the medical supplies on board. Do you have medical training? though people can help on those ships who dont have those skills.

if you bringing precious cargo like books, or say christmas gifts for children like Samaritans purse, they will welcome you cos they need items and its expensive to ship or freight those to those places.

I know Tonga needs books for their village libraries. There are lots of christians in the islands, who need encuragment in their walk.
You can provide online encouragement and maybe even receive and give advice, pretty well anywhere in the world these days. Satellite coverage provides that. Using your own sailing craft is another way of getting around, as you suggest. I've got some sailing nms under my belt, and I don't get seasick, so for me, that is an option. I wouldn't go with a group though, it might sound silly and super spiritual, but I prefer to go where the Spirit directs me, He has made me a freelancer, so I would sail my own boat and go where He points me.

If I was married and my spouse didn't have sea legs, and she likes travelling like me, then it would be a land yacht (aka caravan or motor home), we could use. Fly to a country, and airbnb until you can pick up a rig, and off you go. Sounds a hoot to me. 😁

ive never lived in a caravan or motorhome
I know some people whove got them and go off on trips every chance they get, but never taken me..cos only two ppl can fit

Im not sure I would like them though, driving a big rig and having to fill them up and empty the sewage tank all the time, plus I think they are pretty expensive, (and gas is no longer cheap) but they are probably ok for retired people

I would probably find it boring tho, driving all the time and trying to find places to park it. You cant just rock up to anywhere in a motorhome and since they are slow to drive up hills etc you'll get traffic backed up for miles, at least it would if I was driving them haha

also if your travel companion was a grump or hard to live with you wouldnt have a nice time stuck with them 24/7

the couple that I know its the husband who drives and the wife has no choice but to go with him, she confess she doesnt like it all that much and cant wait to get home, cos living out of a suitcase and not being able to wash and settle in anywhere gets boring after a while...a motorhome doesn thave that much space but youd be stuck in it if the weather got bad

maybe she just doesnt have the 'spirit of adventure' though

Anthony Bourdain could only do it for so long...and he left his wife and daughter behind. He had a film crew though with him

Jesus had his wilderness experience but then he went back to be with people, he didnt get tempted though

christians and children need books in countries where they are hard to obtain, even if there is satellite coverage, not everyone has internet. Not even close, they dont all have their own personal computers and phones.

thats why sometimes its good to go to be there in person meeting people face to face an be hands on

as said before village libraries in Tonga needs books so the next shipping container going there is going to be full of them, just have to get that organised

but if you want to take some on a yacht, thats fine, any means they can get them.

Last time it was Samoa, sent books and school furniture over

A few years ago I was minding my business I wanted to open a little restaurant and I thought that it might be easy, because Ițve finished the Faculty of Economics and Business law and it might be enough, and my knowledge is the best ones.
But I’ve gotten a strong depression because it was too difficult.
My boyfriend gave me a cat and my therapist said that my cat can help me to pass through that easier.
During this time I traveled a lot and I always had my cat with me, I know it was not so acceptable to have a cat in the Airplane, but I had an ESA letter, which is a document that shows that my cat helps me to past through depression and it is allowed to have an animal on board when you have some problems that are carried by a therapist.

That's excellent that they have shown care for you that way. I'm glad you have been helped by your feline friend too. 😺 Dogs are often used for that purpose as well. 👍

I'd choose Burundi, the poorest country in the world with an annual per capita
income of $264 or $25 a month. That's less than $1 a day. I am not rich in this
country but, with what I have, the people of Burundi would make me their king.
I like the sound of that, "Your Highness King Arthur!" I would try and be a just ruler.
You could get a round table...
