These two are not even close to meaning the same thing. What you said first has nothing to do with II Cor. 5:13.

What happens to Babylon's children that chose whoredom and abomination? How high do the saints of Jesus that meet the requirements in that chapter make the blood of Babylon's children flow?
2 Corinthians 5:13 is the response to another person.
You do realize that that verse doesn't say or mean that if everyone says you are crazy then you're really close to God. More importantly there's another 65 books of the bible besides Revelation. They talk a lot about how much God loves all people, even single mothers, beta males, your enemies and any other sinners you want to throw in the pile. God loves them all. If you can find nothing but disgust and hate in your heart for such people.... maybe you should re-evaluate if what's in your heart is actually coming from God.
Something about Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He that doesn't love, doesn't know God for God is love. ( 1 John 4:7-8)
oh and then there was God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world could be saved through him (John 3:17)
And that thing Jesus said about by this will all men know you're my disciples: that you love one another. That's probably a good test to put yourself to when you have a disagreement with other Christians.

That trick has already been tried. Remember? Jesus said love your neighbor, and one guy asked who his neighbor was.
