Such things arise from an uncontrolled mind.

I have simply stopped filtering my life through it.

The heart patiently watches.

Your are working from your own delusion that I'm the one not following Christ.

Yet everything I say is based on the New Testament so how can its contrary be Christian at all?

Your lack of understanding makes you see me as insane, but I just have spiritual eyes.

1 Corinthians 2:12-16 details this...

Our dispute is about which is moving from the worldly spirit and which has the Spirit of God.

Nope following Christ will not prevent an unclean spirit from manipulation of your emotions its called oppression.

however that does not mean your not a Christian when your emotions have been manipulated by an unclean spirit.

But also could you post the scriptures in full text from now on.

It makes it easier for people who are extremely busy.

Then you don't have to assume they've not read it.

By the Spirit emotions do not arise here... the mind is not allowed to engage the stories that cause them...

You want me to solve what has already been brought to an end because you refuse to believe a rational person is speaking this way.

We see in 1 John 5:7 a statement about the persons.

We also see in John 17:26, Ephesians 4:6, and 1 Corinthians 6:19 that each person is within us.

Galatians 4:6 is also important here.

Are any living as that union?
“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”
‭‭1 John 5:7

three distinct aspects of one person. Each aspect having a distinct function each is the one shown in a different way to us

God the father in heaven , who became flesh Jesus the son on earth , and through th is manifestation of God among us he put his spirit into us making us his children also sharing in his spirit

its like saying you have a body , but you also have a spirit neither is a different person but your body and spirit are both part of you the one person with different aspects of your existence and being

The body of God is Christ Jesus who was born in the flesh and blood , the spirit of God is in his body the body of Christ

his body is one with his spirit manifest in Jesus Christ on earth

It’s like saying your spirit is a person and your body is also a person but actually your body and spirit are one person

Sorry, I just now noticed you actually shared something this time, I thought you were quoting again.

I have continued the thread showing that each person is within us, thus we become the manifest form of their unity.

A lot of the rest here is as if you're speaking to a child, you can be more direct.

I would certainly suggest that relying solely on the mental faculties resulted in the Pharisee killing Jesus so it's certainly not the point...

The point is our reception of the Spirit and life by it.
The Pharisees were fanatics, which falls within the definitions of nuts. You received a spirit that told you that you, and the rest of us, are to be savior of the world, by receiving the spirit and the spirit you direct others to is one of not Christ... I can only come to one conclusion here, no matter how much love you try to throw around.

I've heard it before, but do you see anything wrong with this picture?

I don't know why you're posting the Dalai Lama, the same message is in the scripture I'm pointing at.

The Pharisee clung to words without the Spirit, and I don't see anything different in modern Christians.

I want all to be as Christ.

I have listed verses that instruct us so.

Why do you think I'm saying anything else?

Scripture declares, "If your eye is dark then how great is that darkness." And it is apparent that you see light in darkness and darkness in light.

“I thought you were quoting again.”

yeah it’s a good idea when addressing scripture to show it.

this here

“that each person is within us,”

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

yeah what I’m saying is God is one person not three persons

“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭6:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The father son and holy ghost have one name because he is one person is my point we receive one person in us who encompasses each aspect n

The three titles the Father , the son , the Holy Ghost that isn’t three people or persons it’s three titles of one person

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

These three titles are one person

“baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: “

this one person

“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

this one person

“and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2:11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

God is one person manifest three distinct ways in order to accomplish salvation is my sinple point we only receive one spirit the spirit of the father and son is the Holy Ghost

God is not a person at all, the Trinity is secondary to the reality of God.

Meister Eckhart touches on this, but it is echoed in the essence/energy distinction of Orthodoxy.

Each part of the Trinity is actually a different aspect of God, but we live their unity... the ramification of that for present events.

I like your emphasis on oneness, it is mine too... but rejecting the persons makes that oneness unavailable.

It is through them that we receive grace, and each are real.

“God is not a person at all,”

actually he is a person his name is Jesus “ the son “

He became a person so we could know him and be saved and receive his spirit

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Notice there how the son who was born a person has several titles also ?

jesus is the one person of the trinity is my point that aspect of God the personal aspect of him becoming one of us to save us the God we can know because he became one of us and taught us the gospel

“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭2:14-18‬ ‭

Because he lived perfectly as a man a person in this world even when he was mistreated and suffered and died so terribly d unjustly and unjustly by those he had created and given life , because he faced all the same troubles and trials we can face and always walked in Gods Will even when subjected to flesh and blood , he’s the one who is able to strengthen and save us from times of temptation and trials and troubles we face

God became personal to us became a person we can know and believe in who we know loves us and shed his own blood for us

“Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭20:28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If you believe Jesus Christ is a person then you believe God is a person also and understand how jesus in the gospel is God who transcends people manifest as a person in flesh and blood a true person like we are in order to save us

John 14:10 and Ephesians 4:6

Not to mention Hebrews 5:7

The rest of what you said rejects the Trinity but we are not any of those persons, we are provided grace by each.

If you have only met Christ please keep going, he has friends.
