"The Democratic People's Republic of New York" is aligned with the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea" or North Korea) and other Communist and Fascist regimes in destroying freedoms and democracy.
And now the "poor" black mayor of New York city is having second thoughts about being a "Sanctuary City" (but has no problem allowing it to continue as a lawless city). Should you feel sorry for him or call for his immediate resignation? Why have New Yorkers allowed things to get so bad?

Why? Because they have the same sanity levels as the people of Chicago who exchanged one lunatic mayor for another... the same as the people of CA who, by a ratio of 2 to 1, supported Gruesome Newsom in the recent recall election. They're like the dog that returns to its own vomit. When, one day, they wake up in a dictatorship, they'll either support it (while decrying fascism) or try to run away, avoiding the bed they made for themselves. I hope if that happens that they are forbidden to ever enter a "red" state.
Sorry to say this, but when bad things happen in one of these zones, I don't feel badly for the people. They voted for it after all.
