No - the ice wall is not "at the end of the earth" - it is the "container" for the oceans. The "end of the earth" is far beyond the ice wall - hundreds if not thousands of miles beyond the ice wall.

I believe a flat earth believer posted this video, but it's to the folly of his own beliefs. Video shows that the earth is neither flat, or convex, but concave. With distance ships rise on the horizon, not fall, or show a stable flat ocean horizon, like one would expect a flat earth would show.
