As far as finding those who believe in and celebrate the Risen Christ, you've come to the right place :giggle:(y)(y) And as far as Scripture goes, here are a few that I hope will prove to be helpful and/or an encouragement to you .. e.g. Deuteronomy 11:18-21; Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1-3, 103, 119:9,11, 105, Proverbs 3:5-6; Isaiah 40:31, 41:10; Jeremiah 29:11, 31:3; John 3:16, 5:24, 10:27-28; Romans 8:1, 28, 12:2; Philippians 1:6, 4:6-8; 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24; Hebrews 7:25; 1 John 1:8-2:1, 5:13; Jude 24-25.

2nd Timothy 2:7 & 15, 3:16 & 17, 1st John 5:10 & 13, John 3:33, 14:26 & 16:3, Proverbs 4:7, 8:35, 16:3, 1st Corinthians 10:13. according to your description, these verses are excellent starters.
