I just screened through your entire history and there are only two postings that are not live.
One is a post that you deleted yourself, and the other is a duplicate image that you posted in LifeBits

The new thread can disappear from your screen while it is waiting for approval.
That confused me too, for about half a day one time. Where did my great new thread idea go? I posted it again, thinking it was a forum glitch. Then I had to ask the moderator to delete the duplicate when I realized the first one was still there.
But it's still there. You'll see it again when the moderator clears his queue. It just doesn't show on your screen after your webpage refreshes.
