Okay, you want to be flippant and disrespectful, I'm not interested in discussion with you.what covenant is that then your under,..is that the blah blah blah covenant
again you attack my nature.Okay, you want to be flippant and disrespectful, I'm not interested in discussion with you.
you couldn't be anymore disrespectful if you wanted to beBlah blah blah. How about admitting that you were wrong?
do you recognise the sword of the spirit circumcises the heart.I see no point in discussing Scripture with someone who won't admit it when Scripture proves him wrong.
do you recognise you are under a new covenant. It's the Word of God that "divides soul and spirit" NOT a sword. We are within the Covenant of Grace. Once again, you post "another Gospel" using your misunderstanding of Scripture to justify your posts. (truly sad)
do you recognise you the sword of the spirit circumcises the heartI was kind with you in the beginning as I am militant minded. But you lost me real quick. Can't hang with you. And just because someone is ordained or a "Senior Pastor" doesn't make them right. I had a guy preaching once that you could name your own angel and wanted everyone to get up and give their personal angel a hug. Shadowy forms supposedly helped him write his books and would type it out for him. And we all had 5 angels protecting us at all times. Not 3, 4 or 6 but 5. Many associate pastors in the congregation eagerly stood up to hug and name their angels.
Red Flag, Red Flag....Everything in me was screaming demonic. And this guy had been ordained by multiple well known denominations.
do you recognise you are under a new covenant.Y
You did not answer Nehemiah 6's question to you in his post #33.
What bible translation did you get your version of Luke 2:35 from ?
Every bible verse I quote from is the kjv.
"
Such terms apply to the children of Israel. i.e. the house of Israel and the house of Judah. I am neither. My relationship with God with that I am saved, am born again, by the Holy Spirit.do you recognise you are under a new covenant.
And do you recognise the sword of the spirit circumcises the heart
thanks for answering, but if Paul says circumcision of heart is by the spirit, then how is that not for ChristiansSuch terms apply to the children of Israel. i.e. the house of Israel and the house of Judah. I am neither. My relationship with God with that I am saved, am born again, by the Holy Spirit.

Circumcision of the heart is something pertaining to the Jews when should they stray away from God and if they turn back to God....God with circumcise their heart... ...to love the LORD their God will all their heart, and all their soul (verse 6). It has to do with repentance.thanks for answering, but if Paul says circumcision of heart is by the spirit, then how is that not for Christians
For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.Circumcision of the heart is something pertaining to the Jews when should they stray away from God and if they turn back to God....God with circumcise their heart... ...to love the LORD their God will all their heart, and all their soul (verse 6). It has to do with repentance.
Deuteronomy 30
4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:
5 And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.
6 And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
Differently, Christians are born again. Being born again, we are a new creation in Christ, neither Jew nor Gentile, neither male nor female. Born again, we have a new heart.
2Corinthians5:
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Galatians 3:
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
Obviously, Paul is a Christian. In those verses, Paul was speaking concerning of the Jews, to be a Jew inwardly, circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit of the law, not the letter of the law. Paul was addressing a problem the Jews had.28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
How is Paul not a Christian and how is being given a new heart not circumcision of the heart by the spirit
you've missed the point, he said circumcision of the heart was by the spirit.Obviously, Paul is a Christian. In those verses, Paul was speaking concerning of the Jews, to be a Jew inwardly, circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit of the law, not the letter of the law. Paul was addressing a problem the Jews had.
Paul was expressing how the religious Jews were missing the mark in their strict, over emphasis to keep the law that over time had been complied into what the Jews call the oral law.
For example, the religious Jews criticized Jesus for Him healing a person on the Sabbath, i.e for not keeping the letter of the law. Jesus rebuked the hypocrisy of their criticism them by saying that they themselves would rescue one their cattle if it became in need on the Sabbath.
Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath. Mark 2:27-28.
You wrote "by" the spirit.you've missed the point, he said circumcision of the heart was by the spirit.
He was telling the Jews that's how is heart is.
Do you think he was saying circumcision of the heart by the spirit was a pipe dream.
your just rejecting everything because you know it brings your rapture belief into question. You wrote "by" the spirit.
But the text of verse 29 says "in" the spirit, and "in the letter. "of the law" is implied. in the spirit of the law, and not in the letter of the law. As Paul is talking the law in verses 25, 26, 27.
Paul was addressing the Jews standard for righteousness as by keeping the letter of the law, and their tradition of circumcision in verses 25-29. Paul was expressing the shortcomings of their beliefs.
your just rejecting everything because you know it brings your rapture belief into question.
Isaiah 2:4 is talking about the timeframe of the 1000 year reign of Jesus on this present earth following His Return.Isaiah 2:4
4 He will settle disputes among great nations. They will hammer their swords into plows and their spears into pruning knives. Nations will never again go to war, never prepare for battle again.
Since this is the day of the lord when there will be no physical swords
What swords will they hammer into the plows
I know let me guess all nations will have a sword in there hand right![]()
oh okI am rejecting you misunderstandings of the scriptures, whenever you are wrong about them. It has nothing to do with my belief in the rapture/resurrection event.
Isaiah 2:4 is talking about the timeframe of the 1000 year reign of Jesus on this present earth following His Return.
The nations will disarm and focus on spending their budgets and efforts on growing food. and social benefit of all, so as to eliminate persons going hungry and being homeless, suffering in that manner.oh ok
What swords will they beat into the plough shares
lol you get better and better. The nations will disarm and focus on spending their budgets and efforts on growing food. and social benefit of all, so as to eliminate persons going hungry and being homeless, suffering in that manner.
